Whats up arm wrestling world! Today we wanted to cover our favourite tool the multispinner once again:) We start with showing you how to put it on properly because some people (not naming names...) still can't seem to put it on correctly. Then we get into some variations you can use and why their effective depending on your style as an arm wrestler and your opponents style!

Only video I've found that actually explains the wrapping part. I thought maybe I built it wrong but I just didn't know how to USE it. I'm sure there's MANY people with this issue, this needs more views. Thank you.

Before your reply I had order a 2 7/8 handle. Would there be a significant difference in the pros and cons between the two sizes?

Depends on hand size and weight class. Roughly: 1” - 0-150lbs, 2” - 150-225lbs, 3” - 225+

If dudes working his toproll, should let him know, going the direction and movements of a real opponent is best, probably shouldn't be coming straight back like that. Lol needs to make the motions just like if he were armwrestling or his core, lats, ect are not going to have that muscle memory in conjunction with his arms. Just suggestion not being a dick. Lol
