I can't help but laugh when hendery said that they're like piglets waiting to be sold😂 even the staff laughed😂😂 istg hendery is one of the funniest idols imo
after all, he was going to give a circus to get a job but by accidentally he ended up in sm since the buildings were close(?) That's what I have heard, his audition story lmao. Sorry I'm not good at explaining 😭
I'm not going to lie, I've watched a lot of korean idol variety shows and they're good. But damn, these people are so damn amazingly creative. The missions that the boys need to complete are so out of the box. And I love it!
I don't want to be this petty one and I'm enjoying this WayV show but at the same time I'm angry with the production bcuz many of the games in this show are from New Journey to the West (Korean). Like the problem is not that they use games from other shows but the problem is that so many times (specially in Chinese shows) they use it without permission from the original, it something that have has been for a while now. I do don't know if the production give them the permission for this one in particular but I doubt bcuz if you have watched NJTTW the staff are the ones who create the games in the moment and in a way for the fans to play it at home (like the cone one or the vegetables) and become very important to crew and the fans of the show. So is very strange for the production to give away permission just like that. In another note I'm not saying WayV have any fault for this, but yeah I hope the production would have more shame when design the games.
@@bomitorres8560 Oh I understand completely what you mean. I wasn't aware that that was where the games were originally from. I'll be sure to check out NJTTW though. But like you said, the whole permission thing is quite important too. I really hope (for a bunch of lawful reasons) that the people that actually produced Dream Plan actually got the permission to use these. It would be a shame for this show to end due to that.
@@onalenna6683 oh for that one thing I believe nothing would happen to the show idk how are the laws in both countries regarding plagiarism, but there have been many cases when is very obvious even not just games, images, mv but to the whole show like Idol Produce vs Produce 101 but in the end S.K. can't do anything about it, I guess China is just to powerful to do something.
@@bomitorres8560 A lot of people in China are aware of this problem as well tbh. Idol producer season one didn't get the copyright but Idol Producer Season 2 and Produce 101 China season one and two all bought the copyright thingy from the original Korean version. There are definitely a lot of shows that are copied, and the audience is slowly starting to realize.
25:00 Winwin and Xiaojun reaction when the guy started taking off his clothes is the cutest thing ever! Their eyes are fixed to the arms of the guy.. 😍 🤗
WayV is absolutely a brilliant group which deserves more and more attention. I'm sure that if a non-fan watch this program, he/she will definitely fall in love with these talented lovely and amiable boys.
Literally me haha I wanted to stan atleast one unit (i learned the basics bout everyone but wasnt sure which one to go with now) But dream plan made it clear😔👌💙
@@winterisssace1385 Ooh that one cut me internally because Hendery had to play that one and that dude took jabs at Hendery. I can only imagine how Hendery must've felt.
@@onalenna6683 yes hendery is trained well and have NCT at their back but why that junior group looking so annoying to them, hendery must be feeling strange and little bit shock from what they said, ik this is a game but how they sound and the look they give it so annoying
NCTzen127 Frisca // yeah, i feel like that guy took it too far. it was fine when hendery was like "you're not gonna wash your hair for 3 months" but talking about hendery's talents? no way, considering he doesn't know what kind of person hendery is and that could put hendery under a lot of pressure, making him always feel like he isn't enough
I agree! In ep08 they all looked so healthy and glowy! I know being white as a sheet is trendy in kpop but I much prefer them in a natural, supple, healthy skin tone.
WayV members looks really good without make up, in their natural hair color and bare face.. all the members are true visuals and we know from many tutorials how Koreans are obsessed with beauty and their expert heavy make up can turn an average looking person into a Kpop star look like magic - but WayV looks the best in their natural state because they are all naturally handsome
They were together in the show Running Man right? I don't know which was filmed first and if Lucas' reaction was just being himself and starstruck LOL.
I'm waiting Yangyang or Ten though. cause Yangyang is too talkative among all the members can find a way to escape from a dungeon while Ten is savage asf. But Hendery got roasted haha poor guy--
I know the " you got tanner " comment towards Lucas was meant to be a dig since Asians can't help themselves when it comes to colorism but the thing is he looks so much hotter with his natural skin colour it's crazy
1000%!! Even in the little face pop ups they've had throughout the show they've white-washed all of them so much... He looks so much better with a deeper tone.
Zheng Kai probably meant it as a sign of affection, like showing that he knows Lucas well and saw a change on him. I know these types of jabs don't sit right with the international audience but its really not seen as offensive in asian countries and not said as a way to hurt someone. Its a normal thing to comment on on broadcast so I wouldn't dig too deep on it.
@@coolgirl312 i agree with you. A lot of international audience find it offensive but for me its not. Beceuse i got tease a lot too especially because my mother has a chinese blood she look so white.
@@coolgirl312 agreed too bad now it is trending among international Lucas fans to be hating on Yuqi and other Chinese KR emcees bc they joke about Lucas being Xiao Hei (little black), in Chinese language - a lost in translation language and culture
I feel like the seniority in China is not a big deal. Even black ACE who debuted after way-v just act casually around them. And some case except for Kun, they looked way more mature than our baby boys😂
I think, it isn’t as much important as in Korea. But even if we look at that, BlackACE debuted in the same year as WayV (5 months after WayV). Plus in BlackACE there are 2 members that already debuted in other group, SWIN in 2015 (BlackACE is also a temporary group that was created in show, All For One).
Its really common for east asian people to comment on others apperances, It might sound bad but its a natural thing to do there. He means no harm I think, just pointing smth out. I agree he looks awesome btw. (this is coming from a chinese person living in canada)
22:07 "Oh there's no lenses" Lol I thought Ten wear the real sunglasses..😅 So its only for fashion.. Like the members of NCT said, Ten is a fashion man..
I will be so sad when this show is over! Dream Plan made me fall even more in love with this group, even though I didn't think it possible. They deserve all the love and support!
yeah, that part bothered me, he has a lovely skin tone! i think it hurt his feelings, when he responded he didn't sound like his usual cheerful self :(
Hi! Yes, it's true that most of Asia has a thing for fair skin, but in some cases this kind of question isn't meant to highlight that. In certain parts of Chinese culture (I only speak for myself, but it's happened a lot in my area) these kinds of questions denote a quiet care shown, like you've observed change in a person. Questions/statements that may seem invasive in the Western culture such as "你瘦了(roughly translated: you've lost weight)" is meant to show concern, and by noting that Lucas has become more tan may be a subtle way of noticing that he's been working hard, as evidenced by Zheng Kai's later statement that he's watched all of WayV's videos, including the farming episode. Then again, these are things that I'm assuming, but let's try to think the best of them, yeah? No point in thinking poorly of someone based off a (granted, widespread) toxic culture. (Edit: Removed "I'm pretty sure he's joking (Zheng Kai is also someone that's been teased for his dark skin on Running Man), so I hope you don't take it too hard.". I'd meant for it to show that Zheng Kai would empathise with Lucas in regard to people laughing at their dark skin, and thus will avoid such jokes. Realised that it sounded like it's okay to mock someone's skin tone if only for a joke, which, just, no. Every skin tone is beautiful, and should be treated with equal amounts of respect. Joking about a dark skin tone is ridiculous and disgusting. I'm sorry for the way I phrased it, will do better next time.)
29:35 Lucas' expression I'm crying I don't know what I'm going to do when this series is over. I love these episodes. Thank you to himechan15 for providing these English subs.
Like seriously, each comment here are just posted recently. The video was uploaded 1 year ago. WayV, people around the world start to recognise you more now.
they actually made these videos private and they recently just posted it back that’s why you can see the comments are mostly 3days ago or what but if you click the newest comments on the options you can see the older comments
look how the Chinese audience watched the performance with their eyes and fully enjoyed it instead of whipping out their phones to film it like the korean or western market -_-
Why is Lucas saying "alibaba" so funny?!! 😂😂 22:58 AHAHAHAHAHHAHA!!! Kun's cuuuute reaction after he realised! "we've caught a chicken before but haven't fought a chicken before" 😂😂😂😂😂 32:04 Hendery about to do some kung fu! KJAHDKJSHKFHALHADLGSJHGHLSJH HE HAS COMPLETELY LOST IT!!!!!
