I know im close and the one thing i need more time is reading the word and really living my whole day for God and to serve him.

Hello Mr. Easton, years ago I belonged to a group that prayed for people, called Healing Prayer. We always started the process of repentance by asking the person if they had ever had involvement with the Occult, Ouija board, false churches, rock and roll/heavy metal music, middle eastern religions, yoga, Wicca, violent movies, pornography, gambling, food addiction, fornication, etc., which they ticked off on a list. Then the person would speak them before the Lord in prayer, ask for forgiveness and ask to be released from any further connections to that sin. They would also forgive anyone who had hurt them. Otherwise, after I approach the Lord with thanksgiving and praise, I put a list of the Ten Commandments in front of me, then confess any violations that I and my ancestors have committed against them whether I know them specifically or not, (there will always be lots of family sins against the Commandments) apologize on their behalf and ask for forgiveness. Healing is sometimes immediate, but usually it is a process to repeat over and over like peeling layers of an onion. Ask the Lord to convict you of your sins, and then pray as soon as possible about it. Afterwards most people feel a burden lifted off. The only time I saw someone NOT able to get free was when they refused to acknowledge their own participation in the sin, because they were a victim (of a demon). If it were me, I would do whatever I had to do. Or sometimes they were too ashamed of the sin to confess it, but in privacy we can say it before the Lord, as he already knows about it anyway. So this means that if you are someone who can get sick or someone who is currently suffering then you are a sinner who is not following God and you are simply following the devil lies. So if Jesus instructed the man to sin no more this then means that it is possible for a Christian to get to a place where he could not sin anymore? It was because there is no sickness with God, there never was and there never will be since sickness comes from sin and the devil. This means that not only was Jesus sinless but the apostles also reached a place where they were stopped sinning also. And please do not try and reason that Paul was someone who got sick as most misguided souls like to believe. If Jesus, Peter, Paul or any of the apostles could cast the sickness and demons out of everyone who came to them, what could possibly make anyone think that they themselves could ever get sick? Could they not just remove the sickness from themselves as they did with everyone else? Now let’s take sickness even a step further and look at the Paralytic man’s story as related to us in Mark 2. “But immediately, when Jesus perceived in His spirit that they reasoned thus within themselves, He said to them, “Why do you reason about these things in your hearts? Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘ Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Arise, take up your bed and walk’? But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins” -He said to the paralytic, “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.” ‭‭Mark‬ ‭2:8-11‬ ‭NKJV‬ Jesus said, “Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘ Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Arise, take up your bed and walk’? So all of this proves that a Christian can get to a place where he does not sin anymore and if you are someone who can get sick then you are definitely no where near that place. Most believers fail to understand that Jesus restored everything that we had lost in the Garden of Eden. The reason that believers are not experiencing this blessing in their life is because they do not understand that it is possible to overcome sin or they simply do not believe it! “To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.” ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭3:21‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ “And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. Phillip - I have had a few haunted nights myself concerning what is Gods will for me . Yet , I have been finding much peace & comfort reading the word of God as I wait to hear or feel something specific from Him ,,, in fact I believe He is revealing His will for me through it . Maybe He will never reveal some task He has just for me or for you , and maybe He will { only God knows that } , until then , it does us a great service to dig deep into His word ,, put time and effort into pulling out all of His promises and the instructions needed to live a Holy life for Him .
