I think the reason why he’s so big and wide is because he supposed to be a tank character in this game

I appreciate how they made this trailer in the style of an old horror movie commercial that’s a really cool attention to detail

He's wide to exaggerate his giant, intimidating build to match with the stylized art style. Also, that skin is "Uber Jason" from the Jason X movie & the bed move is from a kill in Freddy vs. Jason.
