I really hope they keep making animated trailers like this. In my opinion this is smash Bros level hype, and having the voice actors actually interact with it is the cherry on top.

Dropping Agent Smith and Jason at the same time is a bold move, and it paid off. I was on the fence but they got me.

Geez, this cinematic trailer's incredible! Makes me real pumped up that this game is finally coming back! I don't think it'll have the same reach as the Super Smash Bros. series, but I do hope MultiVersus will gain some form of large audience following it this time around. If you guys don't mind, I'm gonna spend the rest of this comment just writing down characters I'd love to see in the game at some point, with some already being heavily hinted at and others not alluded to thus far. Be warned though, 'cause things are gonna get lengthy! * Yakko, Wakko & Dot (Animaniacs): C'mon, you can't have a Warner Bros. platform fighter without THE Warner Brothers (and the Warner Sister!), and I'm unbelievably happy we're getting some Animaniacs content with the Water Tower stage, but it's a little suspicious that the Warners didn't immediately pop out of the Water Tower at the beginning. But hey, perhaps the fact that the Water Tower itself was noticeably hollow could be an indication that the Warners are already running loose in the world of MultiVersus? It's only a matter of time until they make their presence known at this point, and when that day finally comes, I'll be the happiest guy in the world! * Daffy Duck (Looney Tunes): Daffy is a character that really should've been in the roster from day one, but given how iconic he is, it's only a matter of time until his absence gets rectified. Heck, one of the many hidden Easter eggs alluding to future fighters in this very trailer was a Duck Season poster! * Wile E. Coyote (Looney Tunes): Given the uncertain future of Coyote VS ACME (still hoping it sees the light of day!), Wile E. Coyote has had it rough in recent times, so it'd be nice to throw him a bone and include him in the roster. With his large range of ACME-branded products, he has alot of potential moveset-wise. * Scooby-Doo (Scooby-Doo): While the Scooby-Doo representation is well rounded fighter-wise, it's still odd that the titular great dane isn't playable. Considering that you can see a box of unattended Scooby Snacks in the scene where Rick briefly goes through the Haunted Mansion stage (something that to my knowledge wasn't present before), there's a good chance Scoob will join the roster at some stage. * The Powerpuff Girls (The Powerpuff Girls): Yeah, Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup are pretty much soft-confirmed at this point, given their hidden cameo in The Joker's gameplay trailer, but I'm still including them on this list anyways since it's looking like they won't be part of the launch line-up. Really my only issue is that their designs in MultiVersus seem to be based on their 2016 reboot appearances, since I'm sure all of us want to forget that even existed, but I'm sure their original 1998 designs will also be included as a skin you can buy or something. * Dexter (Dexter's Laboratory): Here's another character that's been heavily teased, considering you can see his glasses and one of his gloves in one of the Townsville shots. If nothing else, Dexter's status as the protagonist of the first Cartoon Network original series (that isn't based on a pre-existing property or is an anthology series) is enough to warrant him being a fighter. * Fred Flintstone (The Flintstones): Apart from Scooby-Doo, there are plenty of Hanna-Barbara franchises that could be represented with fighters, and The Flintstones is among the most notable of these. Considering how Shaggy's moveset is inspired by the Ultra Instinct Shaggy meme, could you imagine if one of Fred's costumes was a cheeky reference to 7 GRAND DAD? * Yogi Bear (Yogi Bear): Another iconic Hanna-Barbara character that I could see getting in at some point. If nothing else, the sight of Yogi fighting alongside The Iron Giant or Jason Voorhees would be absolutely hilarious. * Dick Dastardly (Wacky Races): When it comes to Hanna-Barbara villains, it goes without saying that Dick Dastardly is the most iconic of them, so I could totally see him being included at some point. Bonus points if Muttley is with him. * Mordecai & Rigby (Regular Show): Apart from Adventure Time and Steven Universe, Regular Show is one of the most iconic CN shows to come out of the 2010s, and it's a series that deserves to be represented. So why not add in Mordecai and Rigby, honestly? * Gumball & Darwin (The Amazing World Of Gumball): Likewise, Gumball is another iconic CN show to come out of the 2010s, and it'd be crazy if it wasn't represented. If we could get Regular Show and Gumball representation in this game, then the 2010s Cartoon Network representation would overall be very well-rounded! * Ed, Edd & Eddy (Ed Edd 'N Eddy): Ed Edd 'N Eddy is my favorite Cartoon Network original series of all time, so of course I'd love to see the Ed-Boys make it in! Though I really hope they actually look good if they do get in, since their character designs don't really lend themselves well to 3D, if you remember Ed Edd 'N Eddy: The Mis-Edventures... * Courage The Cowardly Dog (Courage The Cowardly Dog): Courage is yet another iconic classic Cartoon Network character, and I feel he'd make for a fun fighter as well. If we can get Scooby and Courage in this game, then that means we can once again see them team up! I'd love to see Eustace become playable too, but I'd be satisfied if we just got Courage. * Samurai Jack (Samurai Jack): Finally, another character that has outright been teased! Specifically through the katana that gets flung out of the Water Tower after Bugs whacks it open. If nothing else, I'd love to see Jack playable because this kind of game would really suit the character. Plus, it'd also mean we'd get to see Aku appear as a boss, which... yes, please? * Ben Tennyson (Ben 10): Likewise, Ben would be a perfect pick to represent the 2000s era of Cartoon Network. I don't really care much for the Ben 10 franchise personally, but even I know that his numerous alien transformations would lend themselves well to a whole slew of moveset potential! * Johnny Bravo (Johnny Bravo): I'm on a roll with Cartoon Network characters here, aren't I? Here's one last classic rep for the list, as I feel Johnny would generally make for a fun pick. Plus, I'd love to see how he'd interact with the female fighters. * Muscle Man (Regular Show): Here's one last modern Cartoon Network character for the list, too; Muscle Man would be a perfect second Regular Show rep, not only because it would be hilarious to see him in, but also because I feel he'd have a really fun moveset. * Pinky & The Brain (Animaniacs): While not as likely as the Warners, I'd love to see the lab mice become playable at some point, too. As for how they'd even work... well, you know how Plankton was able to become playable in Nick All-Star Brawl 2 by using a mech? It'd be a similar case here, with Pinky & The Brain using the giant suit from their debut appearance in Win Big. * Space Ghost (Space Ghost): While I don't care for the original Space Ghost show from the '60s, I love Space Ghost Coast To Coast and the stuff that spun off from it, so I'd love to see Tad Ghostal show up as a playable fighter. * Brak (Space Ghost): Speaking of Space Ghost, Brak is such a fan favorite that it makes perfect sense to include him as a second rep. If or when they do, they better have him based on his Cartoon Network/Adult Swim characterization, because otherwise... well, what's the point? * Aqua Teen Hunger Force (Aqua Teen Hunger Force): Number one in the hood, G! Aqua Teen is the perfect series to represent Adult Swim's earlier years, and while I've seen Master Shake be tossed around as the perfect playable representative, I honestly think he, Frylock and Meatwad all put together would work just as well. Also, if MultiVersus has its own Assist Trophy equivalent, please include the Mooninites as Aqua Teen's Assist Trophy representative; it'd be hilarious to see how they'd talk down to the playable fighters (including whoever summoned them) before attempting to strike by firing their deadliest weapon, the Quad Laser! ...yeah, I didn't lie, that really WAS a lengthy list! Warner Bros. has such a large line-up of IPs under its ownership that you never know what series could be added next. I mean, for all we know Moxy from The Moxy Show has a fair shot at becoming playable! But no matter what happens, I'm just thankful MultiVersus is back with us. Now let's see how long it lasts this time, hmm?

When the safe hits the WB Water Tower, Four things Fall out: Bubbles’ Octopus Plush (PPG) A Sword in a sheath (Samurai Jack?) A Trident (Aquaman prob) A Broom (A Witch-esque Character Maybe? Not super sure about this one) Love the character interactions, this is exactly what a crossover game should be like! Edit: The Broom seems to be referencing the wicked witch of the west, which considering the movie coming out this year, makes sense. More Character hints in the trailer: During the Iron Giant vs Stripe Battle, you can see Dexters Glasses and Gloves in the Background (Dexters Lab) Wonder Woman’s scene takes place in Titan Tower, multiple references to Robin, Starfire and Raven (Teen Titans, might be Teen Titans Go, leaning toward TT tho) Marceline’s Axe is leaning against the door when Rick runs past the Adventure Time House (Adventure Time) Smaller Stuff: Duck Season Poster on WB Tower (Daffy), Evil Con Carne framed picture (unconfirmed/unsure about this one, Billy and Mandy/Evil con Carne), Game of Thrones Family Logos (GOT) and possibly Blue Beetle (DC) Surprised about no Beetlejuice Hint whatsoever so far, considering the sequel comes out this year. The wait is finally over! The grand return of Multiversus is going to be revealed! I’m beyond excited! Multiversus is back!!! Seeing all the characters interacting, and their worlds colliding is EPIC! There is close to 20 new characters hinted at in this trailer if you look closely!! Multiversus is such an EPIC game!

Never had I imagined feeling so hyped for a game with my favourite characters, especially Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill together once again for one of their last times!

I never, in the last six years, would imagine how happy I would be to ACTUALLY hear Rick's voice again. After everything that'd been happening with the creators and the show, I assumed no new voicelines would even be added but this... I love how the NRS versions of Jason and the DC characters in Mortal Kombat X and Injustices make these characters look so realistic but in here they look pretty accurate as a cartoon character and I cant wait to see what the Mortal Kombat characters will look like
