FR, Kevin Conroy IS Batman no matter who they cast as the new voice he will always be Batman in your head

I don't think they ever will. Even the developer of Multiversus, Tony Huynh admires Kevin Conroy as Batman. If they ever were to add new voice lines for Batman, they'll have to hire new voice actors for that but they'll never remove nor replace Kevin's voice acting.

How is he going to do special interactions now?

I think their post actually means they're going to leave it as is. Kevin is the most respected person to replace and left such a legacy that they're just gonna keep his lines forever even if new characters come in.

They might hire a voice alike for new skins that require new voice lines and new character interactions

It's a bug, I think they loaded a version into the game with only the keyframes. Tony says the team has already fixed this

Because he’s facing bots I don’t think anyone wants to pay for every skin it’s very expensive
