VEGAN CHOCOLATE CAKE / BROWNIE RECIPE 🍫
2 medium-large ripe bananas
1/2 cup mixed tahini and peanut butter combined
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup coconut flour (i’d probably use a bit less next time)
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup chocolate chips (or broken up chocolate as i used)
Mix together all the ingredient very well and then transfer to a lined loaf or cake tin. Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes and decorate as you wish!
