These surgeries should never be conducted outside of a hospital environment. Surgery and the post operative period always carries degrees of risk. And that a high risk surgery can be legally done at a aesthetics clinic is just shocking .

Shes the first because its expensive in the uk, this isnt a cheap surgery issue, its a risky procedure issue. Not onky that it looks awful.
