Hi ellie i would avoid moving into a new build i moved into a new build 3yrs ago it was perfect!! I couldn't decorate for the first year because the walls crack & have to get used to the heat from inside ect BUT! I soon come to realise that in the winter there was so much mould, condensation, damp soaking wet floors & everything was going wrong BUT in the summer you couldn't even tell it might be completely different for you guys but i thought id share my story to pre-warn you i had children & had to throw pretty much all there toys & clothes because they got so much mould on them :( absolutely devastated me xx
