My poor Chelsea. As adults we are so brave getting back on the horse just Knowing how bad the pain is going to be. As equestrians we use the correct and completely out of shape muscles straight on.. 2 things always worked for me. You must have a nice hot Epsom salt bath before going to bed. And 2. Getting back on the horse next day in spite of the pain. Stretching those muscles back out when they are in such a state always gave me some relief. Just 5 mins on Day 2. But then 5 minutes is all it took on Day 1 I bet. You ride beautifully btw. No surprise there. ❤️ from 🇨🇦

I feel Chelseas pain. I am 41 and my goooodness when I take a break from riding then try to dismount. The shock through the legs as you land is horrendous 😂
I can understand the ankles straining, I got back in the saddle again January last year after not riding much for 7 years. First 2-3 lessons killed my ankles and legs! It goes away quickly though. Doing stretches beforehand helps. I'm so excited that Chelsea is riding!!! GO CHELSEA!
Awww your amazing Chelsea. I'm 53 and started riding this march and am loving it. Trying to get my legs to stay in place then I can start to canter. Yoga and Pilates helps me. Loved this video of mum and daughter. Harlow is amazing. Di in Cheshire xx oh and harlon is also amazing 😍

Getting panda was 1000000000% a good idea cause now u and Chelsea can go out together and panda is also very calm so far ,so you two definitely made the right choice with getting him ,as you both seem happy too xx❤❤❤ also Harlow I love your videos iv watched all of them ever since I knew ur channel existed so along time xxxx
When I started riding my feet would hurt too 😂 they would go numb, probably from pushing my feet down + putting my foot to far into the stirrup 😅 after a while you get the hang of it and all those muscles stretch out! Riding horses is painful then it is super fun!
Hi Chelsea, I had a break in riding a few years ago and when I started riding again found one of my ankles felt it wasn't strong enough, and was sore etc. I found that just riding little and often and gradually building it up really helped and now it is no problem at all :) Good luck with it, you looked fab!
