Their curious culinary habit has raised a few eyebrows, but for Laura Ansbro and her partner, eating roadkill is a thrifty way of life. Laura cooks her partner and their 3-year-old son everything from pigeon pie to pheasant roast and they claim it’s saved them hundreds, as she spends less than £3,000 a year on food. But is Laura sensibly savvy, or downright deluded? She joins us in the studio to explain.
