Instead of running after these rich brats and pull all the cases where convict had similar case but is poor. Lets reopen those cases citing outcome of such cases. Maybe that will change things? During the trial, the judges must consider all the true facts of this case. He should get maximum punishment to set an example for others. This is pure murder because he dragged that poor lady for two kms after hitting the scooter.

I don't understand the law of this land. Isn't that CCTV footage enough to prosecute the accused. Why alcohol test etc are required in the first place. Judgement should be delivered within 3 days why wait for 3 years. In fact acquittal of Salman Khan in the hit & run case has become an instance that nothing happens in these cases high profile people with money and muscle power can get away . And what an exemplary instance the Pune case has shown the accused was asked to write an eassy and get away scotfree after hitting and killing a person with his Porsche car.
