Yes you are right, most new age food outlets make use of excessive butter, cheese etc. just to give it the "OVERLOAD FACTOR" and all college going kids get impressed. Optimum usage of butter, cheese or Mayo gives you a good taste. Regular food tastes way better than innovative recipes.

I am pakistani but I love indians because some Indian look soooo cute .I am not talking about Bollywood or other celebrities. Some indians like specially south indians with their brown skin tone with extremely cute features they look so innocent. I don't know about India more but I saw some of their videos .I want to visit south India once in my life

India mein agar kisi bhi dish ka prize badhana hota hai street food walon ko to bas wo usme cheese daal dete hain bhar ke aur mayonnaise aur butter aur thode corn aur fir uske naam ke aage *Cheese* ya fir *Pizza* laga ke uska rate multiple times badha dete hain......😂😅.... I mean what the hell is happening to street food vendors........in search of putting something new in the dish and getting popular on social media... they are making anything and the real traditional taste of authentic Indian dishes🇮🇳 is getting vanished .....😔🥺

Anyone who is coming to say bad about this, just listen, everyone's taste buds gets bored after having similar thing, so because of this they add this type of dishes in their menu, and yes the simple one is always there in menu, its up to you which thing you will eat. Please no offense about this. Its all about you. Everyone have their own taste sense. Lets not criticise everything. If you want simple then ask simple, but dont just start writing Authentic or original is the best or nothing can replace this and that.
