Lekin ye cruise bahut mahnga hota hai. 500-600 million dollars tak ki keemat hoti hai. Koyi - koyi cruise to billion dollars tak bhi pahunch jaate hain. Lekin ise sirf rahne ke liye use karna hai, paani me chalana nahi hai. To isme jo sab machinery, system aur jo kuchh bhi lagta hai uski jarurat hi nahi vahi cruise ke itna jyada expencive hone ka reason hai. Ise paani me thhodi chalana hai, sirf gaon me rakhna hai to vo sab system lagaane ki jarurat hi nahi. Ise residential tak hi limited rakh kar agar budget me banayen to ye 40-50 million dollars ke andar - andar ban jaayega. Is tarah se homeless logon ki lifestyle rich logon ki tarah ban sakti hai. Dusra sabse bada faayda ye ho jaayega ki isme jameen khareedne ki bhi jarurat nahi, na environment par bad effect padega.Clean jagah par log rah sakenge. Sab kuchh easily manage hoga.......
