Gateway of India is a historical place.It is located at Colaba, Mumbai City , India at the shore of Arabian sea. It is marvelous and beautiful masterpiece structure facing the sea. It's foundation was laid in the year 1911 and completed the construction in the year 1924 during British era, to commemorate the landing of King V and Queen Mary landing in India during 1911.
Visitors from around the world come here. One can take a boat ride( joy ride) from here.Two beautiful building of Taj group of hotels is located at adjacent.
