To add slightly to what others have said, my understanding has always been that each branch has its own server, but that there is a server (whether it be a separate one completely or the JP branch's server) that they use when collaborating across branches. Kaela being part of this collab means they have to be using the server used for cross-branch collabs, which means everyone would be in it.

4:17 I think based on how the EN members talk about how they talk on discord I think the EN branch has their own server, probably the same for ID and JP but for JP I would think it would be complicated because there are so many members. The other members are probably allowed to join so they can do collab stuff but probably are not active outside their own branch servers that much.

4:15 I believe a few members have had off-handed comments that imply the Discord layout being several Discords including (at least): Dedicated JP Discord Dedicated EN Discord Dedicated ID Discord EDIT: I would hazard a guess just by the massive scope of LiveJP that StarsJP probably has its own separate Discord as well. I don't know if StarsEN would warrant their own separate Discord, or if they just use the LiveEN server One shared Discord for big cross-branch collabs like the Minecraft New Years and Sports festivals (this one seems to have as many as 10 voice chat channels, but probably only 1 or 2 text chat channels as there've been mentions during the NY fest stuff like "when you go to the haunted house, hop into channel 8") Each of the branch Discords probably has 1 or 2 VC channels that are only used on a reservation basis (e.g. SNOT might say "we're booking EN channel 1 from x:00 to y:00 for our SNOT-cast"), and possibly 1 "hang out"/"free use" VC channel for drop-in/impromptu stuff like playing Minecraft (I recall one point where Bae forgot she was in a voice channel and someone dropped in to say "hi" causing a jump scare) I'd assume all members have access to all servers, but primarily stick to their own unless needed otherwise. For example, this Phasmo collab might have been hosted on either the EN Discord or the ID Discord with the other 2 members joining. Polka probably saw them all playing Phasmo via the "Online" list in the JP server and stalked them to the other server to spook them.

From what I gather, when they do collabs they have either discord or some other program where they have 'rooms'. They can then load their avatars into it and then run discord or OBS alongside it. It's why you sometimes see a holomem's avatar appear out of nowhere in a Collab they're not involved with, because they might have forgotten to remove their avatar from the room if they were collabing previously. Take this with a grain of salt though, since I'm no expert. I utilised a disturbing amount of brainpower trying to explain this, and I might be wrong.

Phasmo is really easy to level up since their last big update. Even before that, I was closing in on 600. If you want to be shocked, look up Insym, I think he hit 10k right before it hit. He is also the biggest Phasmo streamer, so it makes sense why he has that many levels.
