No words will ever be able to describe the feeling I felt while listening to this. It was exactly what I needed, it is describing a situation I am in right now.. one I haven't been able to put into words. i'm crying. this song is so special.

This is my song, it brings me to tears every time I hear it. A divorce I didn't want, a love I didn't want to lose.

This is the second time I've been obsessed by their sound. Blank White Page was my first love, for all their quirkiness, original sound, and Mumfords powerful voice. This eclipses it for its deliberate delivery, tempo, lyrical content, and climax. The videographer and editing amazingly integrated all of this. The last minute leaves me breathless, it is a religious experience. This is rare. And yes, thanks to This is Us, I was introduced to this masterful revisioning. By the way, it is applicable in terms if the lyrics to the recent tragedy in Paradise, California. Thanks Jack.

why does everyone complain so much about people taking a new risk in doing something so different in sound quality and genre in life it's self. i mean Mumford & Sons are the best band i ever heard off i mean they have accomplished so much so far and yet it can only get you so far. but you need to adapt and change to other things because doing the old and same thing over and over again. i feel with this album that we are seeing what Mumford & Sons truly are about they did say it them selves that this is by far their best album created by them. Point is this way every single member effortlessly devoted so much blood sweat and tears to produce an amazing quality album and you can sense that in the style of what they're playing and singing of the lyrics is so passionate. and i applaude them for doing this so please just cut them some slack and stop hating.

I like how he is always looking for a sign. I live my life like that sometimes. I dont let it dictate my life, unless I really feel in my soul that it's a sign from above. I've had those instances where you get a sign but dont know that it is until after the fact. Those are the best ones. Cause then it's like you were prepared but you were also surprised too.

I always mishear Mumford & Sons lyrics in ways that I find more awesome than the original, and this time I hear "forgiveness begs for itself" instead of speaks for itself and tbh I'm keeping my misinterpretation 🤘 This fan video is awesome, btw!

This song resonates right now with me... Today there was kindov a fight between my wife and my mother. I was so feeling so angry and sad. And I was thinking I don't want my baby daughter (soon just 1 month old) to grow up into anger, so I had to tell them people respect each other in this house. I had to be strong. But now I've calmed the situation, I need someone to be strong for me. And I have no one... So I just need to keep being strong for them all.
