Does it matter ?. If they do. They're not possessions. You can always choose to be the bigger heart. Let them come, let them go. Sometimes it's not their fault. Generational abuse, or something else might've made them that way. If it's meant to be it will be. And nothing can come in between, most of the time. We end up tripping over our own insecurities and fears. And so does the other person. Or we hide parts of ourselves, which makes our partners lose their trust in us, or themselves. If you really love someone, accept them as they are. Accept yourself. And that it's going to take a lot of work.

Give yourself and your partner the benefits of the doubt. And well study psychology. Or don't. Either way. Forgiveness comes before forgetting. I was planning on proposing to someone 5 months ago. That night, which went sideways I decided to put it off. And something happened. I had my achy breaky heart broken. Crashed my car. And shut down for months on an emotional level. Was it her fault? No she didn't know. She thought that I was being crazy. Didn't even realise it was her that drove me crazy. But I disclosed things, opened up. And my past ended up hurting her and me. But it's pain that makes us grow. Should I have kept things hidden from somebody I wished to spend the rest of my life with? I d rather be alone then manipulate someone I love by just showing them the good sides of me. And not the bad. The scars, the ugly Truths and the sins or pain I might have inflicted on others. The things she called me in her incensed state were nothing new to me. I had said the same if not worse to myself much earlier in life. But later on. Toxic positivity led psychotherapy led me to denying that entire aspect, side of me. And as I didn't want to fight to yell. To add more fuel to the fire. As I accepted and agreed with her labels on me. I found innermost peace. I was finally free of my mental disease. As I remembered that, these labels describe me but not in my entirety. The most important thing is to be with someone challenging, someone who makes you and at times forces you to grow up. For whom you wanna step out of your comfort zone. And someone who can keep up with your crazy. Someone you can't be without, you can't live without and sometimes just have faith and trust that they will get there too, maybe a little later than you.
