Is that Kevin Clash as Miss Piggy? I know he did the puppeteering for Frank Oz’s characters in Muppet Treasure Island and Muppets From Space, and it doesn’t sound like him providing the voice. Frank Oz left the Muppets franchise after Muppets From Space, and this DVD material was mostly likely produced in either 2001 or 2002. If not Kevin Clash, maybe Eric Jacobson because he first preformed Frank Oz characters in 2002’s “It’s a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie”, though that could have been in production at the same time.
