I'm thinking Don't look back into the sun by the Libertines has similar cord progression. Plus the clean plucked guitar is very Libertines

But I dunno if it's a sample or a live played guitar, was reading that Mura Mass was trying to keep up a 90s vibe while recording so could just be that influence coming through.
