I want to know about the new house keeper that uses to work at the prison and her husband working for the police department in the same town. Was the guard that was working at prison now the house keeper selling drugs inside the prison ? Was the house keepers husband on the seen when the house keeper fell to her death ? The shirt found at the dieing father house what police officer found it the new house keeper would have had known the layout of both house ! One : where the guns were in the house. Second : where the father was sleeping to plant the shirt. Was the house keeper and the husband that works for the police the shooters of the mother and son . Who was the doctor selling the drugs to the drug dealer. Is this a private prison ? just a few questions , this case stinks of corruption by government officials and police... drugs are big money in the prison system. One dollar will get you two back

@@robbymonaco3738, Many comments assume a single murderer. That is because EVERYTHING gets falsified by the Prosecution, even the testimony of its own witnesses. The much-touted-and-vaunted Kinney Kinsey, Ph D, testified he CANNOT rule out "two shooters or multiple shooters" but the headlines were "State star witness destroys defense's two-shooter theory." Mark my word (and I was the FIRST ONE to comment long ago that Becky Hill's book is cause to overturn Alex Murdaugh's ["AM"] wrongful convictions) the real shooters are TWO WOMEN. There is much OBJECTIVE evidence for that; but it is NOT the defendant's job to find the real shooters. It is the job of law enforcement. We know that, in this case (as sadly in too many other cases) law enforcement had tunnel vision from the start. Becky Hill even writes that in her book that the local press release meant that law enforcement had AM as their single suspect from the beginning.

This juror's conclusion rings correct. Juror saw a "1 inch threshold at the base of the door" of the feed room and said juror knows from his own experience that the kickback from the shotgun can unbalance the shooter. Hence,Alec's first shot at Paul caused him to step backwards and trip on the raised threshold and fall backwards out of that feed room. Alec was not on his feet as he fired the 2nd shot which removed Paul's intact brain ("I did him so bad"). Alex shot Paul because Paul had confiscated Alex' pills. Alex needed those pills. This jurors prior experience with fire arms and dogs helped him make an informed decision. Also, viewing the actual room in which the shooting took place provided details which had not been provided by the prosecution. Also, I agree that the missing clothes and missing family guns were evidence of guilt.
@eloise22422
@eloise22422 Год назад
Well if Paul took his pills Alex had several drug dealers to go buy some more. In fact he could went right then to get more. I personally don’t think he was as addicted as he stated. He couldn’t have used 50,000 per week in pills. He would have been dead the first day. That was a way to hide money from the lawsuits. He could blame it on drug use. They took his pills before but he didn’t murder them. So I thinks Alex did it because he’s a psychopath sociopath narcissist thief conman coward lying murderer

I had not heard that. I’m not surprised. Evidently, John Marvin has been Alex’s fixer for some time. When Paul wrecked his truck, driving intoxicated with Morgan with him, he called his grandfather and the grandfather, Alex and Maggie showed up and hauled guns and beer cans out of the truck before 911 was called and LE showed up. Then John Marvin showed up and hauled the truck away. And after the boat crashed, grandfather, Alex and Maggie again show up, and that night John Marvin again shows up to haul the boat away. I also thought it suspicious that John Marvin and Buster were photographed gambling together in Las Vegas (maybe laundering some money?). And then on one of the jail cell phone calls, Alex called John Marvin and it seemed as though Alex was telling John Marvin how to move some money around. I get the feeling that John Marvin is involved in a lot of Alex’s schemes. He was there at the trial every day, like Buster, and also testified, like Buster. I had weird feelings about both of their testimonies-Buster non-emotional, John Martin emotional-but I believe both know so much more than they are saying. And strangely, it appears that Randy has questions.

Had that been a poor white or black local family living there, or just an 'unknown', the cops would have swarmed that house~!! That night~!! It completely boggles the mind. The 1st cop that interviewed Alex that night told another cop to go tell them NOT to cover the bodies. But that too was not followed up correctly. They said Alex was "clean". Surely, they should have been looking everywhere for a change of clothes and weapons. By many accounts, law enforcement was in bed with this family and that is probably what caused them to 2nd guess their steps and make so very many errors. Even AFTER John Marvin got Maggie's phone password via Alex, they were gonna wait until the afternoon to search for it, had not John Marvin pressed another officer to do so. Had they waited the battery might have gone out and it never found~!! No excuses for this response.

They were status symbols that he was maybe fond of, like a hunting dog or a pickup truck. I thought when he leaned into the jury and admitted he he stole money from people he "loved" and "still love dearly" it told us all we need to know about what Alex means by that term. When looking at photos and video of Mossell, as much coverage as there has been of this trial, I'm always puzzled that no one explains the lay of the land much. It was well into the trial before some RU-vidrs started laying out the murder scene to scale and I don't know of anyone who explained what all the outbuildings were and their proximity to each other. I don't think any of the big news outlets delved into this. For a long time I tried to figure out exactly where Maggie's phone was found, at first there was reporting that it was actually found on the Alameda property, for example. Also, there wasn't much information about what was going on in the courtroom among the family members, and why the witnesses were allowed to sit in on the trial before giving testimony. I just mention this because so much of the reporting has been one outlet echoing another and seemingly trying to mark time with repetitions. The RU-vidrs overall did a better job imo.
