I remember having a mate back in the late 90s who started taking dbol, He barely ever worked out either, he had one of those cheap multigym cable things at his parents house. Typical case of someone we knew who did go to the gym offered them and him being tall and skinny and very self conscious jumped on them without knowing anything about or given much info other than "here's a bunch of pills take one a day, it's good shit!" This was someone who was very placid and pretty much scared of his own shadow and would be the first to turn tail and run at first sign of a fight. He was very easy going, friendly and laid back all the time. He started filling out physically and went from skinny to average build but fucking ripped. He also seemed constantly pissed and angry at anything/everything which was out of character and often rows would break out as he would just start acting like a dick basically. I once saw him throw a katana (short samurai sword) into a group of people in the same room. All over pretty much nothing, over street fighter 2 lol. He was raging so hard he threw the thing with every bit of strength he had in blind rage whilst screaming "FUCK FUCKING STREET FIGHTER!", thankfully it also resulting in him missing hitting anyone, it missed someone's head by a few inches and hit a wardrobe and the blade broke in two with the sheer force. Thankfully it served as a wake up call and he binned the rest of the dbol after that

@@sovereignbrah Yep, if that sword was a few inches to the right and hit someone just it could well have killed them or fucked them up in a really bad way. it happened so fast as well like he didn't even think, he went from 0-100 anger level in a second and in one move picked up the sword and launched it in a blind rage.

@@BigTyronie I dont think that was the case with him, he was never someone who always wanted to be jacked etc (he didnt even work out) I think not knowing anything he was basically told "yeah you dont get side effects so long as you dont take more than one a day and you'll grow muscle without having to work out" so he thought "fuck it, why not?" Ive also seen plenty of people though go from skinny, polite, introverted to getting jacked and becoming complete fucking bell ends (loud obnoxious, aggressive wannabe alpha types)

My friend suffers with insomnia and is slightly psychotic anyway. When he went through a patch where he barley slept, I watched him become so psychotic he could barley rationalise a thing. Sleep deprivation is massively overlooked. Nothing like a good night sleep.

@@kurtisstanley7660 gone through insomnia myself bro, it ain't no joke and for some reason everybody likes to comment that it's something I do that causes the insomnia,it's so frustrating, i train 5 days a week, work 7am-3pm Monday-Friday, don't drink caffeine at all, don't smoke so no nicotine or any stimulants for that matter and I still having racing thoughts every night, I truly believe alot of psychotic episodes people have are from lack of sleep/extremely poor sleep quality, never mind the drugs on top of that, it's a recipe for disaster my bro

I have obsessed for years over cluster B personality disorders. When you've had one or two in your life they leave a mark and about 40 billion questions. It is truly shocking to me how much someone on trenbolone matches the personality traits of someone with a cluster B personality disorder. I think there's a definite link between cycling steroids and cluster b symptoms. The androgens and knock on effect on serotonin dopamine etc plus the CNS is real. I compare it to self induced bipolar disorder in alot of users.

Steroids make me a complete asshole (in superphysio dosages), but I would never kill someone because of them or hurt anyone. I think that guy was already a psychopath (neurologically) and the tren and dbol just made him angry and aggressive enough to give him motive to actually commit a murder.

Just going to toss this in but it's prlly too late for anyone to pick up.... The overwhelming majority of guys including myself all noted our empathy went into the dumpster. I believe this is the key because even when I had every reason to rip someone's head off I knew who I was before tren and to not go any further. You can have all the empathy in the world but it will numb that depending on your dosage and you need to be aware of that change. Knowing this I believe giving it to someone who has a bad temper or already strained to empathize with others is much more likely to have a bad outcome. I'm not perfect at all but I've heard enough stories and experienced it myself. Most would say my reaction to tren was the best case scenario but even then I was completely absent in my relationships other than making emotions up to sound normal. Several months after I was completely normal besides some anxiety

A friend lost his job after he offered to pinch a coworkers head at work, while on Tren acetate. He was very short with friends. Myself included. He also told me about the time he must have nicked a blood vessle while shooting the tren and the resulting Tren cough. Since research shows that testosterone has fallen nearly 30% in two generations meaning a young male (15-25 year old) is on average 30% deficient, and since that is (probably) due to the environment and lifestyle, can you with the right lifestyle boost your testosterone for atleast that missing 30%?

The 2 things I can think of that you should NEVER EVER take is Halotestin and Trenbolone. Not just because of how potent they are, but because of how they effect your behavior. Halo btw, is like the rage part of roids on steroids. I know dudes who were taking PD’s to the point where their dealer told them it was a little much. If something effects your behavior, it might make you care less about taking more. It effects the way you think, and that’s the most dangerous, as it probably changes some choices you make.

They use gear and ride bikes. Not much different at all. They didnt use them for hypertrophy. When Lance talked about it he said they had drs watching them simply because they were huge investments. Basically like a trt doc having you go do cardio or dumping blood as needed. Great idea for a video but the data gathering might be difficult as nobody would talk

It's the estrogen causing aggression, not the androgens. Androgens are almost always blamed because when testosterone is high, estrogen is almost always high as well due to aromatization. Even this particular story points to it. Dbol is one of the most estrogenic steroids.

It took me 1-2 months for me to realize how badly tren was affecting me mentally in my current cycle I cut it out for deca probably dhoudlve switched to npp, but i think im done with Tren, having used tren for most of my recent cycle I feel it has negatively affected my brain/personality

Yo Derek, video suggestion regarding alcohol consumption and sleep quality. Probably going to get buried in the comments but I noticed you relate sleep quality to the root cause of some problems (most recently backloading protein before bed). I see people talk about the negative affects of alcohol but i could see how acute and chronic consumption of alcohol could effect building muscle and overall fitness by impacting sleep. Curious to see an in depth review.
