Madelyn Russell correct me if I'm wrong, but I think only the musicians are always changing (except Damon Albarn/2D). The voice actors (for speaking) are usually the same.
The other characters have the same voice actors since Phase 1. Except for Noodle. Her singing voice changes. Phil Cornwell has always voiced Murdoc since the beginning, and will most likely voice him again in Phase 4.
undergamer 123 Yeah, Murdoc sings a song called white light where it’s literally him saying “white light dududududu” and “alcohol” repeated over and over again. I still actually really love it tho
Being a fan since phase 1 has been quite a ride, to say the least. XD Still love them to this day, they've made a huge impact on my creative side growing up and continue to do so.

HOLYYY SHIT. IN THE END OF THE VIDEO YOU CAN SEE A PLANE FLYING BEHIND MURDOC, BUT THEYRE AT POINT NEMO, MEANING THAT ITS REALLY HARD TO FIND. IN THE BOOK OF MURDOC YOU CAN SEE FLYING PLANES COMING IN FROM THE PIRATES. MURDOC IS WEARING THE EXACT SAME OUTFIT. THIS VIDEO AND THAT PICTURE ARE CONNECTED.
