loved the video... thank you for doing this for this community. you make it so easy.... I personally think we are so stressed out that it contributes to our lack of retention.
I agree with the last statement for sure. We are asked to remember everything while working full time jobs and trying to keep up with clinical, class, assignments, etc. Some are raising families while doing this, so yes. Increased stress coupled with increased information reduces retention for sure. Not to mention---we are juggling acting as a bedside RN while trying to wrap our heads around a different way of thinking as a NP student. I must say, this simple example helped me tremendously.

Yesterday I was answering some questions I bough online, and I had a murmur question. It came to my mind the MR. AS and MS. ARD (yes, I forgot the P and MVP). But I learned this hint a loooong time ago. I got the question right. This morning I saw your video about how you studied to pass first attempt. I decided to subscribe to your channel and see other videos. The funny part is that I completely forgot who had made the Mr. As. Ms. ARD video, and here I see... you are the one. So I just want to thank you for helping me and others like me who are visual learners and learners by connections.
Yes. You are correct, but it seems all three may be interchangeable. I'm trying to determine what the major differences are between MVI, MVP, MVR. I think MVI is a catch-all term in the same way we use "Renal insufficiency" capture that the kidneys are not "working sufficiently." However, I am not exactly sure what the major differences are between prolapse and regurg. Maybe severity or the mechanism in which they leak. I know mitral valve regurgitation is when the mitral valve doesn't close tightly.
