The Musée de l'air et de l'espace (English: Museum of Air and Space, also known as MAE) in Bourget, is the most important aeronautical museum in France and one of the largest in the world. It exhibits national civil and military aircraft or those that have been part of the French airlines or military aviation. Interesting are the numerous prototypes related to French aeronautics.
It occupies a part of Paris-Le Bourget airport and includes, in addition to a Boeing 747 that can be visited, also two models of Concorde and various sections dedicated to the history of flight, civil and military.
