Muscle cars have torque. Exotics have horsepower. Torque is what gets you off the line. Horsepower keeps you going. Exotics should build a motor with torque
Not all family SUV or Even BARELY any SUV family Type has that power Mainly the Trackhawks (which is what’s in this video) Has the same Engine as the Hellcat Charger & it’s V8 Supercharged ... trackhawks are AMAZING
@@german_survivor alles cool digga, die Amis verstehen auch Qualität nur werden die Autos für andere Interessen gebaut✌dennoch die Sklasse ist und bleibt das ultimatum
The guy in the jeep trackhawk was probably On his way back from the grocery stores with the kids car seat in the back and the laundry and Groceries everything else and still whipped that McLaren lol
@@itsoscar6247 yeah but hp is not everything. Torque (more important than hp imo), weight, displacement, drivetrain etc. But that kitty does better straight line than the lambo.
@@armandoarias2275 The Jeep is literally modded to shit to be fast in a straight line, the McLaren is a 520s that is bone stock lol and not just that its not meant to be fast in a straight line, it's a car made with track use in mind, the modified to shit Jeep can barely beat a entry level McLaren lol and at the end of the day it has Jeep terrible reliability and is still a glorified soccer mom car, I respect the Jeep but at the end of the day a fast jeep is still a jeep soccer mom car.
@@jhonnysrivera2002 I mean you can find Cheap Hellcats out there. My buddy got a 2015 and has a ton done to it so it puts out 1000 hp rn and is a fucking beast. I have yet to see him race it but hopefully once this pandemic settles i might be able to witness the magic of that car. The price was about 50k i think which isn't too terrible. But that was before he did work to it.
@@PeaceNinja007 I wouldn't do it if there wasn't. My car has a FWD biased AWD system. By getting heat into the front tires prior to launching it, it gets off the line much more effectively.
@1000 subscribers with no videos well then explain why a dodge demon can beat a Adventador in a drag race? It seems like you know nothing about cars dumbass
Peyton Brimmer yeah that’s why I said most of em. Some of em just got beat out right. But you know the drivers is at fault when a Huracan runs a 13.14 quarter....
It doesn’t matter how long you wait, it matters about when you have crossed the Christmas tree. Your time only starts then, so you could sit there for 30 seconds and suffer no consequence.
7:33 You can actually hear the moment when that kids dreams of a Lamborghini being the fastest car in the world being rippled right out from his heart. Lamboooo....😭
@@enzoverde9623 if you feel like checking out the video of that race from my POV here is the link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-phh7GMZ5R98.html
Remember they Lamborghini is not meant to drag race, Americans normally think BHP = Speed meanwhile European and Japanese cars tend to corner better because we know that downforce is useful to go fast (around a track) Ps: on a circuit the lambo would obliterate the rest
Gerard Arciga It’ll be obliterated by the 2020 Tesla Roadster. And if you only want to count vehicles made by the big three then I want to see it compete against another AWD vehicle, try the TrackHawk
airwreck Yeah the days of skill are gone. Everyone races automatic transmissions with fancy computers in them and fancy tech like trans-brakes and linelock. The demon literally tells you how to launch it 😂😂. Days of true drag racing are over.
1:58 Judge talks to camaro: you pass the line get back Camaro: No Judge: wait wait you start befor the green light Gtr: its okay let him go first i am okay with it
Jakeel Thorpe the 2009 - 2014 GT-R runs 11-12 second quarter mile stock, and that’s exactly the time it got on the video, not tuned at all apart from a paint job and a big spoiler (which are mostly cosmetic). the GT-R is 10 years old... Camaro is brand new, and the GT-R is also not even designed for drag racing. A normal Camaro has no chance at beating it o the drag strip or the track, maybe a ZL1 or whatever the fuck they call them might though. I’m not a GT-R fanboy 12 year old but it’s just facts innit.
@@MiguelMendoza-sf5xh i watch carwow drag races, and i didnt see the demon even beat 10 sec 1/4 mi. The new rimac nevera cant get 8 seconds so idk wym about a “good” demon driver that can get 8sec.
Dont be deceived. McLaren 570s run around 10.3-10.7 in the 1/4mile this was just bad driving. All the supercar runs are bad drivers. If you want to see real time check drag times vids.
Actually a Dodge Demon can beat a Stock Lamborghini Aventador on the Quarter mile, it was meant for drag racing and it’s the fastest full scale production car ever made in such large number.
Wow!!! I love watching this!!! Now my favorite show on Utube.Im 63 years old and mostly all my friends back then had muscle cars,we use to race all the time I tell you those were the days!!!
I have to say great video and this goes out to all the people that say the Charger or Challenger needs to lose some weight when beat Supercars the power to weight ratio is spot on Mopar is killing the game
Platinum Hercules what do you mean this video is a prime example that mopar is even competing against super cars and mopars cars are like 4,000+ pounds
MOPAR 392 I might be a ford guy, but I agree with you, dodge is killing it with it’s crazy amount of HPs and they made the challenger very good for drag
Marcus Shivers well he can mod his car and beat it, simple as that, reduce the weight, increase the aerodynamics and put some drag tires and done Other small cars lighter so they have a great advantage
@@cm-15 Even on the track a supercar it depends on the model but some supercars aren't that good, a 488 or a 911 will be competitive but a Maseratti won't (just an instance don't take it as a fact)
@@djibrilr6s Maserati definitely isn’t a super car. The GT is a sport GT and the Quattro Porte is more luxurious. The new MC20 is a super car and it performs on the trackS
