Have athlete setup with feet flat on box and in bottom of the dip. Then have them adjust the height of the rings such that the back is parallel to the ground at the start of the movement. Athletes should use a false grip and not heave as they pull through to the bottom of the dip. Three dip variations shown of varying difficulty levels.
