I once had a neighbor who was cutting down a healthy 11 year old tree, because the leaves fell on to his new truck. I was horrified, and went over to the tree with my wooden walking stick and asked the tree spirits to jump into it (kodama) and I took the tree spirits over to my tree, where it now lives. I now have a tree I visit at the pond, and he said his name is Daryl. I go and touch him, talk to him, hug him, and sometimes kiss him. The tree in front of my home said her name is Cassandra. I had an acquaintance who on plant medicine, could have hours of conversation with the trees. She said that they know the entire history of the earth. I believe it, because all trees can communicate with all trees, because of the mycelium underneath them in the dirt, which are the transmission highways. There is a book on this.

Is this safe? I mean we enter into pathways that each body and each and every one of us subconscious will perceive this differently. I feel always speptical or even afraid to use subs that sound great as ideas but I dont know how my body will interpret them or implement them. For example I messed up my betabolism with lose weight subliminals and alao my thighs this way. I never had cellulite I was a runner until January. I was listentin to a lot of lose thigh fat thigh gaps perfect legs etc. I ended up with bad results. Because it melted fat and in showed in the tissue.Some unwanted effects I tried to reverse. Stopped listening those subs for legs or I had tried subs thta used to say for fine abs which included "tiny waist" affirmations and I had rib pain. And lots of pain on my waist.Generally I don't want to lose faith in the creation of others. I m just saying.🤔 I will give this a try though. I ve struggled my whole life with extra weight body image etc.Thank you.
