In this video we will see how to make muscoth halwa recipe in tamil. Traditional muscoth halwa is made using milk from maida and sugar but in this recipe we are going to make this halwa using wheat and jaggery. Muscoth halwa is very flavorful because it is cooked in coconut milk without adding any ghee or oil. This creates the wonderful aroma and flavor which is very different from other halwa varieties. Cook the halwa in a low temperature because if it is cooked fast in high temperature, the wheat milk won't get cooked properly and will not taste good. For best results, the halwa needs to be cooked between 1 hour and 1.5 hours.
