Maddalena Pasqua di Bisceglie embodies the statement of the famous German physicist. In our visit to his estate in San Martino, in Valpolicella hills, we will discover her attitude towards life and winemaking: starting from her debut as a neophyte in the world of wine to her conversion to biodynamics. She tries to produce an Amarone which goes against the vision of the "wine industry" through techniques of cultivation and vinification in full respect of the spiritual aspect of the environment.
