Museveni advises UPDF against ‘Cowboyism’ in military operations as Counter-Terrorism passes out. 

President Yoweri Museveni has warned military trainers against ‘cowboyism’ and directed them to integrate techniques in an ideological context.
Museveni cautioned the armed forces trainers at the pass out of 171 counter-terrorism officers of the School of Military Intelligence and Security in Nakasongola.
The officers had undergone months of rigorous mental and physical training.
