Mr. Shaka you should know that him working for both OB and AM . he still See's these left over's of the two former government' s as a threat that will still threaten us in time's to come. These moving ghosts are still there that's why he became a tough teacher to show us the way to handle and protect our future in these moving corps.
I have just watched this video, but with due respect, if Mr Shaka Sali can Condon the claim that Museveni regime = to the combination of Obote and Amin regimes, then he is indeed not a Ugandan and he should identify himself not as a Ugandan.

Shaka we are free in Uganda. We move freely. May be you don't go home so often. People who are opposed to the government go on TVs and Radios abuse the head of state and go home, sleep and see the next day unlike other countries in the region
If you compare museveni regime to Amin then you're not a serious person Amin killed 700000 people in cold blood especially those who where against him so people like shaka are not serious I'm sorry to say.
may be when you don't know uganda very well because museveni has done good things for some few people like his relatives and friends that is fact, he destroyed all big companies about 12 companies where people was purchasing jobs after school, he did that with badly heart, so now many ugandans we are suffering over his stupidity but i think is not a stupid man but is just has very badly heart for ugandans, no jobs however much you hve done ur studies
