Ouk, I love my country and I appreciate every step achieved well, am just wondering if we need to be better just in case we had an enemy attacking it would be every easy to put down those air crafts which are very exposed when combating.
There's need to identify Ugandans with special techniques to invent many things including weapons. Security organs can scare those with natural abilities and capabilities to create new things instead of building on such talents to improve on national security. Israel invest in natural techniques that's how they came out with iron dome.

That's a very myopic opinion. Training especially with the actual equipment you are going to deploy with is the most important in a soldiers life. And every single resource deployed towards that cause is an absolute gain for the country
