Steffi Akka.... I follow this while making Brinji or Biriyani. Instead of adding rice in boiling water, I add it to the gravy(before adding water). Andha oil la rice oru porattu porattuna Rice onnodu onnu ottama irukum. Also, I add hot water to rice. Seekrama senjuduven 😉🤗🤗

Hello, I tried most of the reciepes in your style it came out well. Today I did Venkdaikkai poriyal, it was super. My roommates loved it. I have tried mushroom biriyani before. But this oprn boiling was problem to me. It started burn/turn black at the bottom (adi pudikkithu) and the rice becomes watery (saadam kozhaiyuthu). I don't know why it happens, can you give me some tips on where I went wrong? Venkat Germany
