Mushroom & Blue Cheese Pies 

Mushroom & Blue cheese pies, something a bit different but delicious to eat. Using Button Mushrooms & Portobello Mushrooms plus a mild blue cheese in Castello.
Made the pies in a muffin tray so they were in-between a party pie & normal pie in size.
Ingredients
150gm button mushrooms
150gm Portobello Mushrooms
150gm castello blue cheese
1/2 brown onion
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup cream
1 egg for egg wash
dash milk for egg wash
Short crust pastry has link in video for recipe
2 puff pastry sheets
If suace for mushrooms needs a touch more thickening add cornflour.
