Introduction:
Recipe Name: Mushroom Caesar Wrap
Usage: Snaks & Iftar
Similar to: Chicken Caesar Wrap

Mushroom Group: Oyster Group
Main Ingredients:
Ceasar Dressing
Mayonnaise - 200 g
Parmesan cheese - 40 g
Mustard Sauce - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper - 1 pinch
Salt - 1 Pinch
Chicken Marination
Cream - 4 tbsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Chicken powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 pinch
Black pepper -1 pinch
Oregano - 1 pinch
White pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Mustard Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Phoenix Oyster Mushroom - 200 g (You can use any Elm & Grey Oyster instead of Phoenix Oyster)
Salt - 1 pinch
Black Pepper Powder - 1 pinch
Oil - 3 tbsp
Preparation:
1. Begin by gently brushing the mushrooms with a soft-bristled brush or a clean, damp cloth to remove any dirt or debris that may be clinging to them.
2. Since Superlicious Mushrooms are cultivated in a very clean environment washing is not required.
3. Pat the mushrooms dry with a clean towel or paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
4. Remove the stem by cutting it with a knife, place the top half of the mushroom on a cutting board and cut into ½ inch thick pieces.
5. Other than black pearl & king oyster, most of the oyster mushrooms stems are hard to cook & they are recommended to be discarded.
Cooking:
Ceasar Dressing
1. Blend crushed Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, fish sauce, and mustard with mayonnaise in a blender for 2-3 minutes.
2. You can Refrigerate the mixture for up to a month.
Chicken Marination
1. In a bowl, combine cream, oil, oregano, chili flakes, chicken powder, garlic powder, white pepper, mustard, and lemon juice.
2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
3. Add chicken breast to the mixture and marinate for 2 hours.
Mushroom & Chicken Cooking
1. Heat butter and chopped garlic in a pan over medium flame until fragrant.
2. Add phoenix oyster mushrooms to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper, and avoid overcooking the mushrooms.
4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat & Cook the chicken breast for 6-8 minutes or until fully cooked.
Assembling
1. Spread sauce along one edge of a tortilla.
2. Add mushrooms, chicken, and vegetables according to preference.
3. Roll the tortilla tightly into a burrito shape and secure with toothpicks if necessary.

Safety Instructions:
1. Always use sharp knife, when you use a dull knife to cut, you need to apply more force. As a result, the knife is more likely to slip and this increases the risk of injury.
2. In order to prevent contamination, it is important to clean your knife as soon as you’re done using it. Leaving your knife on your cutting board or in a sink full of soapy water clutters your kitchen and creates opportunities for contamination and injury.
3. Always use a cutting board when cutting ingredients. This will allow you to cut consistently and protect your work surface in the process.
4. Never leave your stove unattended while cooking. Stay in the kitchen while you're frying, grilling, boiling or broiling food. If you have to leave the room-even for just a moment-turn off the stove.
5. Keep cooking equipment clean. Crumbs in a toaster, built-up grease on the stovetop, and excess dust behind your appliances are fire hazards.
Chef's Recommendation
1. You can also try it with other Oyster Mushrooms Such as, Elm Oyster & Grey oysters etc.
2. You can Refrigerate the mixture for up to a month.
