I'm looking to get into growing Lion's mane in an old closet grow tent and I was wondering if you had any insight on the best way to get a high yeilding single flush? I was thinking of growing in 1 square foot trays and top fruiting(or maybe just use the mushroom bags on their side and completely exposing the side with the largest surface area). Do you think a single 6" deep tray would produce the same amount as two 3" deep trays? Would the two trays produce more in a single flush because it has more surface area exposed? Or do you think that 3 inches is too shallow? Any input would be appreciated, thanks ☺️

Somebody explain please. How air exchange happens if he did two holes on the top and none on the bottom? CO2 is heavier than air. Why CO2 won't simply stay at the bottom, like water in the bag with two holes on top?

So after the first harvest you can just roll the bag down and start all over? No refrigeration or anything ?

What way produces the most yield

Can I top fruit lions mane inside the unopened bag as is? With maybe a slit or two for FAE? I'm looking for a low tek way to grow it without humidifiers, or grow tents. Looks of the lions mane doesn't matter to me, it'll be used to make powdered supplements.
