Sometimes, not everyone get the camera time. It's usually the one who will go home or the one with best dishes who get spotlights a lot. If they don't get screen times, that means their dish is in the middle, not good, not bad.

Part of being a top chef is selling your food. If you present food that you are unsure of, what does that say about the quality of it? If you don't confidently answer that your dish is top 10 worthy, it almost certainly isn't.
