Nisha ji ...This soup is actually very simple,healthy and tastiest soup ever .m not a great cook ,neither I experiment much specially not with very complicated recipes but this one was so simple .THANK YOU so much ...my husband prefers soups and salads for dinner so he keeps sharing recipes with me .Your soup is hit.

Nisha ji bahut hi badhia hae...apna dikhaya tha sardi ke Liya...Lekin hamein itna accha lagta hai ki hum garmi mein bhi pite hai...Aisa accha aur unique dishes hai yaí phir garmi special kuch ho to zaroor bhejiega plzzz...humein aapke har dish bahut acchi lagti hai

Dear isme Roux use hona chiye as thinking agent bcz it is continental soup if we r making Chinese soup then we can use cornflour
