Im still mad that Chaos has their ass kicked almost all the time by the Loyalists. They are the coolest faction in the entire setting imo but they are also lame as fuck somehow. Some of their most "important characters" are still alive purely cause of plot armor (Looking at the First Shitlin of the Disability Bearers, aka Erebus, Lucious, Angron, Lorgar etc.), they are empowered by Chaos but still lose to Marines that are weaker than them in every way because "THE EMPEROR PROTECTS!", some of their most likeable characters got killed off because why the fuck not I guess (I cri evrytim I rember Argel Tal), Slaanesh.......thats it, just Slaneesh existing makes Chaos worse, Slaneesh is garbage, some characters that play a major part hardly get mentioned (almost all the Traitor Primarchs are in this category except Magnus and Mortarion. The rest are either too busy being dead or are jacking off in their hidey hole or something, Fulgrim probably doing exactly that), the surviving loyal members of traitor legions or chapters made using their gene-seed get almost no mention (I know they are rare but they can do something worthy of writing every now and then maybe????), some of the rare likeable and important Chaos characters get hardly mentioned (Kharne, Ahzek, Skarbrand, Skulltaker, Magnus, Bile etc.), the characters that are supposed to be walking tanks get instantly killed by some random ass lucky shot if the person firing is a character important to that spesific story or is an Ultramarine, the unlikeable characters or the ones that over-stayed their welcome didn't/don't/haven't gotten meaningful deaths, Malice hasn't done dick even though the 12...things (I don't remember what they were called) he needed to be able to go into real space is ready, dark mechanicum are more retarted than the normal one for some reason and can't make shit work without a daemon possesing it for some reason, a Grey KnighT GOT CORRUPTED BY SLANEESH BECAUSE WHEN HE WAS ABOUT TO FACE SLANEESH HE DOUBTED HIMSELF AND HE HASN'T DONE ANYTHING! WHY?! WHY HASN'T THERE BEEN A SHOWOFF BETWEEN HIM AND KALDOR DRAIGO INFRONT OF A BUNCH OF GREY KNIGHTS? Tl;dr: Chaos is cool as fuck but always has their ass handed to them or wastes the oppurtunity to show their coolness.
A firm reminder that Slaanesh is a *chaos god* Kaldor Draigo, even considering all his luck, much less a few un-named Grey Knights, couldn't even touch Slaanesh.
