This is side 2 of the Third of the series of Paxton, Music for Brass 7 inch EP's, released in the late 50s to mid 60s.
First track is Hungarian March by Berlioz, then Intro to Act III Lohengrin by Richard Wagner
Played by the All Star Brass Band, which was put together and conducted by Harry Mortimer.
These EPs are fairly rare now and quite collectable. I will add the whole PEP series in due course.

@@hyelms That's not the one, but i've heard that great record The Voice of the Cornet. It was another one called The Shaggy Dog, but l just noticed it is not on that record you own. Was looking at Ken Smith recordings on discogs and found one called Black, White and Brass. Looks like a really great record. I'd buy it myself but don't have the equipment to play it on.

Shaggy Dog is a piece on a CWS record but i don't think its a Cornet Solo. I have Black White and Brass and will upload later.
