He expresses such enigmatic facial expressions as he belts heartfelt tones that awakens the inner senses. Sweet intoxication indeed!

I just love the voice... and how the orchester plays to match him. Really, I admire orchestras and their dirigent! He is so attentive and follows John Owen's moves perfectly! And how singers and orchestras just do a great teamwork...

What a beautiful thing it is to see the audience with not a movement, not a cough, no leaning over to whisper in someone's ear or to gaze at the program, everyone is mesmerized. And I join you my fellow man although here I sit alone.

✨✨✨oh that's so beautiful, so sweet how Lesley laughs when he sings her name instead of 'Christine', I've watched and listened to it so many times, they are a wonderful couple on stage and even though Sarah Brightman is the one worldwide "First Christine" is known and loved, I just think Lesley Garrett's voice is even more beautiful, I listen to it again and again, it's really a masterpiece for my ears and eyes and JOJ is one of the few who can relate to it simply enchanted by quieter tones, as a couple on stage --- very, very rarely experience such chemistry... I absolutely love it, it may be that I have already left something here, but it always enchants me again and again❤️❤️❤️

Such a shame they gave him a mere Shure 58 mic. They spend thousands of dollars on sound equipment, and they still insist that a one hundred dollar mic is enough for the human voice. Someday they'll stop short-changing the vocalist.

I already know every word and the lyrics completely by heart, but I am always enchanted when in a duet "Christine" becomes "Lesley" and she smiles so enchantingly, so honestly and beautifully, like a very young girl who is in love for the first time. There is just something so enchanting about it, I can watch and listen to it over and over again. I have posted something here before and yes, this is simply - a "compulsion" for me; - something that so completely appeals to my senses - I am caught in a shower of stars every time ✨✨💞 JOJ with his angelic high notes and "The Divine" as a duo, I am always completely lost in these sounds and images. I am impressed that she got that last high note - I've heard too many productions change the notes so as to avoid it - very well done for a lady in her 60s, since much younger singers often opt out of that note!

Thoroughly enjoyed this performance. I have always liked Lesley Garrett and I saw John Owen Jones many years ago for the first time at the Faenol Festival in N Wales. It was an outdoor concert but you could have heard a pin drop when he sang.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
