Blackpink just had their first mini album. It only has 4 songs, this was one of them. The other three don’t have music videos but you could watch the lyric video to hear the songs. I feel like R.Tee did a lot of work on this song.

I am a music producer too, and while I do not like the song itself I have to say there are some nice things going on in this song. Some nice reverb and layering on the voices. Some slight panning with various instruments such as synths and percussion just to keep it more interesting and if you listen closely you can also hear some sounds hidden away in the background to keep the track fresh. The only thing I personally did not like in the song was the use of the same white noise impact a lot of times, could have switched it up but that is a minor thing, besides, maybe he liked the continuity of having the same white noise impacts throughout the song and I just prefer switching it up or adding layers to them.
