😂 FUNNY story Lara told in an interview about rehearsal standing around the piano...said Aida (ah ee' da) casually looked over and said..if I have to run out for something he can sing my part and burst out laughing ! They all came apart and couldn't get it together, deep breaths, OK we're ready, one would look at the other and break up. Finally, she said Aida biting her lip, blinking like a madwoman, looking everywhere but at Dimash, choked, snorted her note through her nose and they were hysterical ! Igor, pounding on the piano lid laughing gasped Break ! Lunch ! Fabulous, still laughing they all put on their coats and outside she looked at her watch and it was 9:30 in the morning. The audience convulsed in laughter ! So funny and endearing, her imitation of Aida looking around blinking wildly, beautiful and animated, she tells a wonderful story.

Let me give you some info on this incredible trio and event: • Igor Krutoy, the pianist, is there as an overall lead because the event is built for him: this is his birthday event that he organized with all his favorite artists, the ones that he is used to collaborate with and the songs he has composed. Igor is considered as the godfather of the russian music scene, a bigger equivalent for Russia of David Foster for North America. • This is not the first time that Lara sings this song (composed by Igor) in trio but the third time: she performed in the original version with Dmitri Hvorostovsky and Alina Yaroyava then again later with Dmitriy and Sumi Jo, before this new trio with Dimash and Aida. The song was composed from day one with her voice in mind. She has been collaborating with Igor for more than 10 years, they co-created many songs together and he has told from her that she is “the best singer and the best songwriter he has ever worked with” • This also explains why the song does not expose more of Dimash’s upper register: it was written for the late Dmitri who was a pure baryton. • Lara was very very sick that day, with fever and strong medication but she is skilled enough to have made it unnoticeable • Also, like Dimash, and even if the song was composed that way with her in mind, Lara does not sing in her real « comfort zone »: she is, as Aida, a lyrical soprano but here she plays the role in the trio of a mezzo-soprano and takes the median register. It requires a lot of voice control to not interfere with Aida’s high note and does not allow her to really shine. She gives room to Aida to do it instead and Aida uses this magnificently. • It was the first time Dimash met his idol Lara (he is a fan since he is a child and he covered several of her songs such as Adagio, Love of Tired Swans, Mademoiselle Hyde, Know, … / she influenced him a lot on the way he performs and builds his songs) : look how quickly he turned to her, despite he has not finished his duo section with Aida 😂 And how he looks at her and hold her after it … • Lara is the most comfortable in italian because it is her first native language even before french: her mother is italian and while born in Belgium she spent her first 7 years in sicilia before returning there. She also is married to a sicilian man • Look how dimash slightly adapted his vibrato to better match Aida or Lara • Also there is a debate about the final note, held for such a long time, with the conductor looking at Igor and Igor smiling: Did they make a prank to the singers by extending this last note? Or did the singers instead played with them? I personnally think this is more option 1 😀 • I forgot to add that Lara has been classically trained for more than 10 years at Brussels Royal Conservatory and still continues to receive voice lessons on a daily basis. And she has sung many times opera pieces or with opera singers. • Final note to say that Lara Fabian wrote the lyrics of the song Your Love for Dimash

This enraptures my soul every time I see and hear it!❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 It's so amazing to think about how amazing it had to be for Dimash, after growing up admiring and studying the vocal technique of the beautiful Lara Fabian, and now as an accomplished musician himself, to actually sing WITH HER at this fabulous event for and by Igor Krutoy who has worked with both of them as young performers...well, what wonderful serendipity!! Lara and Aida will be in London on May 9th 2024: Stjepan HAUSER premiers his Classic II album plus some Classic favourites with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at the Royal Albert Hall. He will be joined by special guests Caroline Campbell, Lara Fabian, Aida Garifullina and conductor Robert Ziegler. All that's missing is Dismah to reform their trio!

Thank you for your reaction. This was performed as part of a concert to celebrate Igir Krutoy's birtday. There are many other performances from this concert that are worth experiencing.

You won't find Lara Fabian singing Your Love because it is a song composed for Dimash by Igor Krutoy. Lara Fabian wrote the lyrics for Dimash. Several people told you this in the comments for your You Love reaction. It is worthwhile to read Dears comments. You could have saved your time searching for a nonexistent song.

You should also watch Dimash (dee MOSH' accent on second syllable not the first) and Aida (ah EE' da) sing Ullisse if you haven't already. And in this same concert watch Dimash singing Olimpico while on that same platform that slid across the ice but in the air crossing above the arena. 0_0 Almost had a heart attack about that particular stunt. I wish he was a little afraid of heights.😂
