Beyond words beautiful! If I were at the Temple and 4000 harps and musicians playing I would leave my body! Just hearing the Rabbi David Louis being one person has me in tears. Todah Rabbah!
I am feeling blessed!!! My heart is filled with joy to hear praises and prayers that pleases our G-D - Simplicity is true voice of our hearts to HaSHem's Heart. HE hears the praise of the simply and true. Hallelu-Yah!!!
Rabbi David Louis, thank you for your great pray for all at the beginning of your movie, and thanks for joy and positiveness of your music and story. God Bless You.
I love you Rabbi, like most of my people, you are full of love, the love of the Most High G-d. In the end, Israel will accomplish the purpose of the Almighty G-d. Peace and love. The true Almighty, blessed is He, Most High, the Only TRUE G-d, Creator of the world, and the universe. Blessed be Israel, your G-d is bringing you back from all over the world. This time the redemption will be for ever. Awake Israel, return to Hashem, blessed is He, He, in his loving grace is waiting for your return.
really thanks for the joy and the music and the blessing! my heart smiles with the notes and in the same time hopes all the good of the world! strange enchanting special feelings. I tried also to write on your temple-link, but I did not catch the space for the answer well: I would like to buy the Harp! here there are not... there are good manufacturers, but it is not the same...! they are less sweet... more cool... or they are the giant ones for the classic music. I would be pleased to know how is it possible to buy, where I can find it, and how much does it cost.
You people who write awful things about this wise teacher are going to hell. He has taken the time and the love to teach us; and you have to bad mouth him. Don't let them hurt you Rabbi David. I love you
@shovelniron I use Everett Fox's Torah translation and Judaica press for the rest. It is crucial to avoid mistranslations like those in Xtian editions. So the plain meaning appears to be that Dawid's (pbuh) progeny will forever hold the office of rulers over Israel since he's from the Yehudah tribe while the Lewi tribe was given the priesthood. The word "Kohen" figuring in the Hebrew original of Tehillim 110:4 has two meanings and in this case is best translated as "he who holds the office".
I'm in a discussion with some friends in my Alan Watts creation group and the subject of King David came up as we were on a post about what water taste like to you personally.? Somehow we got to the Beatles And the fact that they cannot read music nor do they care to which absolutely amazes me. Then we got to King David and whether or not he read music I cannot find anybody that can answer me this could you please answer me this my name is Howard chance I have a page on Facebook my niece is Jewish my sister-in-law who is a Widow is Jewish my godparents are Jewish. I humbly request an answer.. thank you all for your time
What is that horn behind you? Is it specific to Israel? Would you tell me about it or direct me where I can learn about it? I saw one about 50 years ago and have tried to explain what it looked like to many people but nobody knows what I am talking about.
U finally Understand who David is, he was in my dream fir 3 days, he was a little boy at age 2 or 3, I held his hand like my own son Jacob, he waa hungry picking food from the ground, and I had 100 dollars worthy of 200 dollars 🤷🏻♀️. I I asked him any restaurants, and it is my treat. Then he showed me 4AAAA 11:11 doors to the art of the heart is heareth. The 6 is in 7, but 4 us in 6 as 4.6 and in 22//↓\\↑/ /↓-\ 👁️EAt V∆
I love the Jews, and I hope that many of them will come to know their Messiah Jesus Christ as Savior. All who reject Jesus Christ will burn in hell. Please believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved from eternal hellfire.
@shovelniron I've done the equivalent of what you profess now to have wished which had the exact same benefit, but you've exhausted my patience and the real conversation is over which even you've confirmed.
For a few years I've been tweaking my guitars, playing with tunings, removing strings, etc. Searching for the sound. my question is, if I am looking to buy a harp (I know nothing about harps), what should I ask for?
@shovelniron I speak Hebrew and have read the Tanakh in it. I'm repeating myself a bit. I've given you links to the best translations of Tanakh books in existence online. I hope you'll utilize these resources.
@shovelniron I'm waiting for you to answer my last question. I've been quite polite and patient with your repetitive questions, many of which are pointless and do not further a constructive debate.
@shovelniron While I agree psalm 110 appears to link Dawid to Avraham's (pbuh) story, you must realize kingship was given to the Yehudah/Judah tribe before Tehillim was even written, so they *can't* be priests for YHWH. You'd do best to forget everything you know beyond this point in exegesis and firstly use only those two translations (found online). I suspect you wish to use the fact the Davidic dynasty stopped reining (temporarily to us) to prove something for JC. Am I wrong?
The building of the 3rd temple is ushering in the anti-Mashiach. Yuhshua is returning soon after that so I also have no problem with that. All unbelieving will believe when Yuhshua returns. Praise YHWH!
@@danilaird8360 And when you see that yeshu won't show like they promised in the Roman propaganda that you are parroting, You are invited to pray with us to HaShem without the hate you have
@shovelniron There's a traditional Jewish take linking "Yerushalayim" to "Shalom" and therefore "peace" but the problem with this opinion is it's not based on the straightforward meaning. The most probable meaning is "a city founded by (or "in honor of") the deity Shalem" (the explanation of this is complex to novices in Hebrew as it relies on a word root).
@shovelniron Many Jewish exegetes take Beresheet 14:20 to mean Avraham (pbuh) gave Malki-Sedeq a 10th,but others hold the opposite which is exactly my point: the verse doesnt necessarily hold that Avraham (pbuh) paid the 10th. Many Xtians and Jews are taught only 1 opinion and never realize there's another possibility which can b discerened only via reading the Hebrew original without the filters of known exegetes. So if u want this exchange to continue u must stop putting words in my mouth and
@shovelniron {CTND.} Those are the reasons we don't "have" the Temple Mount and they're unrelated to what YHWH wants. If anything, all the indications have shown He *allowed* us to have it as He granted it to us on a golden platter in the 1967 Six Day War which I'm sure causes you revulsion when you realize it. We caught on to your [pl.] tripe ages ago, practically since the Middle Ages began.
@shovelniron 1st, not everyone holds to the opinion Avraham (pbuh) paid Malki-Sedeq a tenth; I'm among those who think it was vise-versa. 2nd, I blieve "Shalem" is used as a shorthand of "Yerushalaim" (Jslm). Malki-Sedeq was that city's Canaanite ruler. A major part of ur exegetical problem appears to b an insistence on viewing Malki-Sedeq as a descendant of Avraham (pbuh) without scriptural basis. Genesis was written by Moshe (pbuh) but Tehillim 110 isnt thought to have been written by him.
@shovelniron BTW, what will you do if you fail to convince an "authoritative" Jewish religious leader -- whom most Jews don't heed any more than most Xtians heed the leaders of Protestant Churches -- of your position after a protracted exchange?
I don't know why I am so embarrassed with this, but has music really changed this much... not that it mattered anyway, I can't even get one person to listen to my SoundCloud, probably because my voice sucks, but hey I have heard some people with the worst voices, become great musicians...
@shovelniron To us Jews there are 24 books in our canon, the Tanakh. I've read them all and strive to interpret them by their straightforward meaning. Let's toss away the emotional fluff and get to the point -- you claimed we refuse to understand Tehillim/Psalms 110:4 and wished to talk of *that*. Yet... since you insisted to know what it means better than all of us, kindly tell me what u take it to mean. Let's end the games and make progress on what u wished us to start from. I'm waiting.
?? REALLY??!! I am quite sure that none of those that played the harp in Temple times played so discordantly! Anyone's mind and soul that was jarred like could never have had nevuah.
@shovelniron First of all you'd do well to re-examine your position on Tehillim 100:4 given everything I've written so far. I happen to have some time on my hands to engage in this kind of debate. Have I set a condition that you must be a person of authority among Christian religious leaders?
@shovelniron {CTND.} ...to troll. I've decided that you and your insults (no matter how subtle) are no longer worthy of my attention and time. I'll no longer open the emails delivering your comments.
@shovelniron You yearn for a simple conversation about certain things written in the Tanakh... so please abide by my last request for a start and refrain from complicating the matter.
@shovelniron You* think* you know what my "discipline" teaches. In reality it doesn't teach I must love you or be friendly toward you. These obligations concern only members of my people and alien-resident sojourners. You as a foreigner (Nokhri) - if you get "smart" to one of us as you've amply done and are still doing, we may "unleash" on you.
Consider Beresheet/Genesis 14:18-20 read together. Tehillim 110:4: YHWH swore and will not repent; you are a priest forever because of the speech of Malchi-sedeq." Beresheet 14:18-20: "Now Malki-sedeq, king of Shalem, brought out bread and wine,-for he was priest of God Most-High, and gave him blessing and said: Blessed be Avram by God Most-High, Founder of Heaven and Earth! And blessed be God Most-High, who has delivered your oppressors into your hand! He gave him a tenth of everything."
I was going agnostic 40 plus years ago,but teachings about modern Isreal stopped me! Let me say this before May 1948 skeptics including "atheist" did not believe that modern Isreal was going to be! Atheist even wrote books in the twenties/thirties trying to explain "there will be no modern Isreal "& these effen/friggen Christians saying this is Bible prophecy are crazy! However when modern Isreal became established the atheist skeptics said "give Isreal 3,5,7,10,12,15,20,25,30 plus years & she will be no more & once again the atheist skeptics were proven wrong! Modern Isreal is where Jesus Christ will come back to Jerusalem to rule this world for the "Millenium"!However there is this thing called "replacement theology" that says God has given up on the Jew!!!!! No,before JC comes back the Jews are going to turn to him & accept Him as Yeshua/Messiah, something they should have done as a "whole nation" 2000 years ago,but will soon do as a nation! The Jews were meant to have been the "first total born-again nation" in human history! This will happen soon & that is when JC comes back to save this remnnant of the Jews! Replacement theology is a false doctrine!!!!!!!
Absolutely false, please refer to my video response to Jainism. The temple in Jerusalem is like the motherboard of the of the computer that runs our internal world.
Well it was prophecy to be fullfilled , you can find about this in 19th book from beginning or 48th book from end called Psalms , you go to Psalms which is 19th book and then chapter 48 , is speaking of Zion the great city which will be established forever . Actually as Jerusalem was lost 19 years apart from whole Israel , exactly in this order , first Jews got Israel in 1948 then they got after 19 years Jerusalem back :)
If you think we don't need a temple. then we don't need a church then! But no you probably are too indoctrinated by the ones that call themselves preachers
@shovelniron You claim you wish to talk about King David, but he's not mentioned within the Torah. You claim all u've ever studied is the Torah & the prophets, thereby implying only the Jewish Bible (Tanakh) matters,right?... yet u expect me & all others to take into account what ur NT relates on David?? Do u acknowledge also the Ketuvim section is Divinely inspried? Please make up your mind and let me know. I'll be here after Shabbat goes out. (Even Christian rookies know what Shabbat means.)
@shovelniron ... {CTND.} and you had better stop using veiled Christological threats like "either you want the blessing or you don't". You must agree to conversing with me as an equal without holding over my head the baton of arrogance with which you seek to "save" us.
@shovelniron ROTFLMAO.... 1. I am truly saved so I'm not a victim nor do I feel like one. The former Xtians and Messianic "Jews" among my fellow travelers who've discarded your outrageous vanity baggage will testify to that to your face if need be. 2. Keep writing "bye" as you stretch your comment submission hourly.
@shovelniron Yes... believing that YHWH/Adonai/God is JC makes you more Jewish than all of us that you're trying to "save". This stark raving nonsense is the stuff of endless laughter. You're correct that I agree with what's written in the Jewish Bible/Tanakh but not in the so-called NT and the Xtian teachings... I'm sure you'll find a Jew gone astray who loves the "Lord" JC with who will agree with the hokum you state...I attempt to share the Tanakh but won't force it on someone like you who...
For God promised Abraham that his seed shall cover the earth & He forfilled that promise. From Abraham's seed & his maid servant Hagar, a son was born - Ishmael - & God kept his promise & your Muslim brother was born. When Abraham found faith in God then was Sarah blessed with Isaac. Alas, one more test on Temple Mount. Yet today brother kills brother, in the name of Ishmael & Isaac, & the seed of Abraham covers the earth. Find peace brothers & sisters - find peace & realize your blessin - O Son
@shovelniron I've encountered online quite a few Xtian individuals who've managed to unlearn all the tripe u blieve in; they gradually discard the entire so-called New Testament for the Tanakh without Christological hints&undertones. All the more reason why I cant take ur beliefs seriously. If u were to read through the Faith Strengthened website &/or the Light of Israel site (online writings of the late Marc Alfandari),u'd be howling at how misinformed you are due to the Xtian blinders on ur eyes
@shovelniron The oldest Jewish texts are the Tanakh books and the Torah the oldest among them, so your 1st claim and the demand on its heels don't make sense. No disrespect intended, you're the one meanwhile whose position is a non-squitor. There's no point in speculating whether something else was "corrupted" or not until you untie your position's knot. I didn't even imply the Torah writings aren't factual so pull these sort of strawman argument games that I have no patience for.
@shovelniron THEN ACCEPT THE TORAH AND THE REMAINDER OF TANAKH WITHOUT AIMING IN YOUR REAL AGENDA TO TARNISH IT BY IMPOSING ON IT THE NOTION THAT ITS YHWH IS J.C. OR SIMILAR TRIPE!!! LET THE LIGHT REMAIN PURE!!!
@shovelniron l take the opportunity to remind you that *you* came on to this scene with your arrogant opinions divorced from the Tanakh's language, context and spirit. So don't play the game that bona fide differences of exegesis on the level of the straightforward meaning are illegitimate, AS IF all your opinions are authoritative and infallable.
