Though I already know a bit of what was talked about I felt it was better to watch the video to refresh my knowledge on everything I knew. I'm still watching through but I'm excited to learn about the things I didn't know and also for the future videos that might come out! It's a good taste test so to speak before I fully commit to getting one of your books.

25:12 that is probably untrue, as the metronome itself won't be send over the internet. The script that runs locally on your pc will generate the metronome, but if it wasn't... i agree don't use that website.

amazing video, you should definitely do a reaction to the silent hill’s soundtrack from the amazing akira Yamaoka, many view the OST as being the best of the best with his vast utility of sounds, and is really an experience as you listen to it. Calm yet uncanny. In my eyes, it is a masterpiece and it’s not wonder his legacy is so reputable through his music. Best soundtrack apart from halo reaches and undertales

Cool video! But I would advise against AI generated art for your thumbnail. Its very controversial, and questionable practice.

@@AoiHeartStranger I’m not virtue signaling, I am letting a content creator that I like know that they are doing something that’s morally questionable and advising against it. The thumbnail has already been changed. Go search for vindication somewhere else.

I did 10 years of music theory but I stopped 15 years ago and was thinking about refreshing my memory, do you think I should still start with book 1 or a latter one? It looks very simply explained, even though I studied in Europe (France) so we may not have the same notations and stuff 😊

Start with 1 and move quickly until you hit something new. There are delineations and ways of thinking in Book 1 that I wasn't taught with 5 years in music schools. Its useful stuff and you can only build when you have a solid foundation.

I wanna take this moment to genuinely thank you for being one of the biggest inspirations for getting into music theory in general after appreciating it from a distance for long enough! currently comfortable enough to improvise tracks, now constantly working my way to break more boundaries 🛹
