As a noob I really appreciate this video- Sometimes the process can look complicated and esp in a programme like Premiere I'm always lost- thank you for making this simpler!
Really cool video! A few things though. 1, Although speed ramping can be done the way you did it, there is a more effective way that makes it easier on the eyes with an actual "ramp." 2, For that "Cinematic" letter box you should change to the aspect ratio 21:9 in the sequence so you're not rendering more pixels. (Which does show in videos if you look closely.) 3, that effect with the scale, pos, and rotation is very useful if you missed that shot in camera but to save quality it is always best to get those zooms/rotation shots in camera. or alternatively you can record in 4k and edit in 1080 for no loss in quality. But hands down a great video! Learned a couple neat tricks myself through this. Thank you!
7:19 that would actually make it "stutter" since the 350% clip goes further in frames then the next 100% is actually starting from like 1/3 of the 350% clip again so it "jumps back". Maybe that was the intention all along but otherwise it's not really smooth by definition. I would extend the 350% by one frame and the cut that, turn in back down to 100% and extend it so it starts where the 350% clip ends. Cool video anyway with a lot of great techniques :)
I just got started with editing my drone footage in Premiere so these effects are definitely something I can use. I know this video was done a few years ago but it’s good to see how creative you were with it, even back then!
I'm not even half way through the video but I wanted to stop and say, Thank You for leaving out the actual music! I prefer Heavy Rock, and while I have nothing against it, rap often gives me a headache. So thank you for making the video the way you did. It is SO helpful!
I just came across this video and im so impressed that you actually helping a lot of beginners to learn god level editing skills 💯💯💯 I really appreciate your hard work 💪 big ups!!! Much love from india ❤️
GREAT VID i think for the mask layer to turn it off or for it to no cause that black on the righ you can key frame it and turn down the opacity or just move it after it did its job so it wont have the black blob on the right but great vid learned alot
