Musician Chris Singleton has a rare ear condition called hyperacusis, making him extremely sensitive to noise.
Sounds like the phone ringing and coffee machines were very painful to him. This nearly put an end to his hopes of a music career.
But after hearing therapy on the NHS he has gradually been able to start releasing albums again.
