Hi Luke! I am a 62yo lady from the States and I love the smile on your face as you watch and listen! I am WITH you on that! I may be a “senior” but I know good music and I know stellar performances when I see them and JT always delivers with The TN Kids!
JT has such an epic music catalog that it's hard to pick a favorite. But I would also say that Mirrors is definitely a favorite! He's so talented! I've loved him since his NSYNC days!
AS Prince used to say..."Real Music by Real Musicians" Adn yes...they should release this as a recording if for no other reason than the Engineer would be eligible for a Grammy Nomination.
Really like the fact that no matter how many times he and the TN kids play these songs they STILL look like they are having so much fun doing it next to JT.
A favorite JT song is hard cause he has so many hits and almost all his album cuts are worthy of being a single. But some of my favorites are Let’s Take A Ride, Drink You Away, Worthy Of, Love Don’t Love Me, Technicolor, Breeze off the Pond, Summer Love…the whole catalog honestly.
Epic 👏🏽👏🏽 I have no idea what you said at the end lol but JT and the Tennessee kids are 🤌🏽 🤌🏽 I love the acoustic base. Such a cool sound. And there is no way to pick a favorite Justin song. 95% of his catalogue is brilliant. He’s almost up there with The Beatles for me.
Dirty Loops are Ok - The musicianship is good but that's it. Today's music is soulless, empty, and a lot of the lyrical content is meaningless. I believe that music is dead, and all soaked up in the robotic culture of programmed loops, and beats, and samples all activated by buttons and dials. When I watched Justins Tiny desk I couldn't believe my eyes!. Finally real music, performed by real people thats full of joy, soul, and spirit which is badly missing from the robotic programmed culture that dominates music today. A shout out to NPR, and tiny desk, our last remaining hope for real music. Wow! Maybe there is life after death. This Tiny desk concert was for me the best ever, and it's something that we should all be inspired by as artist. That's why I take my song's and guitar out to any pub that allows music to be performed. The sad point point is that Justins band isn't reflected on his new album "Everything I thought I was which went back to that Robotic programmed, electronic culture that I spoke about earliar which I find that all the big artist today do. Thanks anyway to this unbelievable performance. Sadly I just have to be content with the greatest singer songwriter and band ever. Bob Marley and the Wailers plus my other favourates too. Thanks
