Hi you lovely people, Im really overwhelmed by all your comments and the feedback. Thank you a lot! I had a lot of fun doing this and I will for sure do more of these. Ofc ill choose the next reaction from your suggestions! Thank you again and stay healthy ❤️
Based on this reaction I have subbed to your channel, I really enjoyed watching you hear this for the first time. I have seen Jinjer play live in Australia and highly recommend watching one of their live performances next. Perennial - live at Wacken is probably location appropriate :) or Retrospection - live in Melbourne is another great performance. This band have absolutely captivated me and I love watching others, like you, discover them for the first time. Keep up the great vids, much love \m/
This is the one shot drum playthrough of Under the Dome from Jinjer. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-REhvnW7ZzsQ.html Do what you will with the link
Dunno, but someone else has probably said already: this take was designed to actually highlight the drummer! Vlad was new to Jinjer and they wanted to really focus on his jazz licks and overall quality. Tatiana's masterpiece lyrics are just the icing on the cake ;)
"That is so deep" You aint seen nothing yet! Nice reaction :) Congrats on discovering the best band in the current metal scene. If you want more Jinjer try 'Who is gonna be the one, live' or their latest vid 'Home Back' She really hits some lows in those two! Subbed.
Who Is Gonna Be The One has been my favorite since I discovered them. My first concert I was standing next to a stack of speakers and could feel the low growls in my bones.
@@j.f.fisher5318 We know Jeff! you've only metioned it about 200 times ;) (only teasing ya fella :) Lets hope we get to stick our head in the bass bins asap! Dont think i can take another year without a Jinjer gig.) \m/
There is one skinny russian girl, which growls much lower the Tatiana. Growl of Ira Sidenko from Dehydrated band, is pretty comparable with Phil Bozeman from Whitechapel. I heard many female extrem vocals before .... but that was something different
She is a beast, and yes that's all her. If you really want to see what she's capable of do Judgement & Punishment (one take vocal performance) next, Perennial (live at wacken), Home Back (official), Teacher Teacher (official). Her name is Tatiana and the band is from the Ukraine. They have been blowing up the last couple years because of her growl in this song. I've been a fan a couple weeks myself and I'm still just blown away by them. Also, this song is pronounced (Pi-sees), which is her astrological sign. Anyways, enjoy your time down the Jinjer rabbit hole! 😊
Good reaction, man! If I were you I would just go ahead and jump right down the Jinjer rabbit hole head first. Just do “Perennial” live at Waken next to see what they can do in a real live setting. I think when it says Pisces is a “live session”, it’s referring to the fact that they are in the studio playing it together as opposed to doing all of their parts individually. It’s still basically a studio recording with layering and whatnot. They are a truly great live though. Enjoy!
For a solid 15 seconds starting at the 3:00 mark Tatiana scared the accent right out of him :D - keep listening to Jinjer because their drummer will blow your mind
Als nächstes würde "Who is gonna be the one" LIVE perfekt passen! EnJOY! ^^
Welcome to the Jinjer Army! Watching Jinjer reaction video’s is like watching family just kill whatever it is that there doing and me having that smile when others realize how talented they are.
This song was actually recorded on an album years before this, with a different drummer. The point of this video was actually to showcase the new drummer’s playing on the song because of how different it was to the old. People found it and the shock value from verse to chorus is obvious if you don’t know about it. This could possibly be the most reacted to music video on RU-vid.
Think you did a great job! Being a guitar player for 30 years and having a great love of drums as well, I liked your perspective, not alot of reaction videos of this song get into how great the musicians are, even though with Titianna I can see why! The bass playing is amazing as well, I believe the whole song revolves around his writing. Good job man, keep it up!
Welcome to the Jinjer rabbit hole. Some notable songs to check out, I Speak Astronomy, Teacher, Teacher, Perennial (Live at Wacken), Who is going to be the one, official live, their latest Home Back, and when you eventually get to Judgement (&Punishment) I highly suggest doing a double of the official video followed by her one take vocal performance of it. Prepare to have mind blown.
Really good job, especially for a first reaction! It is also fitting that you chose Jinjer as your first as they are probably the hottest up and coming metal band in the world. You can't go wrong with any suggestions here as they do not have a bad song!
Great reaction to a great band. Welcome to the jinjer family. The rabbit hole is very deep with this band. Too many great songs to list. This is they're softest song. Enjoy the journey.
Wow, first ever reaction. Great job. Awesome you liked it. They have a lot of great songs and have great live footage. ...I'll suggest a song but really, anything you pick by them is gonna be great. Try Sit Stay Roll Over. Official vid. It's heavy hitting. One of my favs.
Grüss dich, Malte!! That was a great reaction, keep up the good job! Welcome to the Jinjer family. We will follow you, guide you, and share your enthousiasm. Cheers from France!
Great and genuine reaction and fantastic for the first time. You can grow your subs if you keep doing Jinjer videos bc they have a rabid fan base. Perennial love at Wakken is usually next. Guarantee you will love this band
Great reaction man. Anything you check out from this band will be good they dont have any bad songs in my opinion, but the live performances I think you will enjoy more
Greetings from the U.K. Excellent first reaction, Jinjer are a great band overall, other tracks to check out by them are: 'Teacher, Teacher' official video, 'Judgement and Punishment' both the official video and Tatiana's 'One Take Vocal' version and 'Perennial' live at Wacken. Other than Jinjer, 'Metallica - Enter Sandman' live in Moscow '91 HD, 'Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody' official video and, Queen at Live Aid 1985 and Queen - Somebody To Love live at Montreal 1981. Plus you got a new subscriber in me. Keep up the good work. 😊
This is a frighteningly high quality reaction vid for a first attempt.... how *very* German of you! ;p Das haben Sie ausgezeichnet gemacht! That is the last of me trying to remember any German though, it's been too long. Vlad the drummer is a classically trained pianist.... & I have also seen clips of him being quite convincing on guitar & upright bass.... o_O #AnnoyinglyTalented LOL & yes, his ghost notes are super tasteful (as is *all* his work). All 4 of them are *excellent* at what they do though.... technically proficient, but without ever losing the *feel* of the thing. The mighty Rabea Massaad of Toska did a great react/review/riff breakdown of this you may appreciate: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-y42tK7Y7coM.html Since I've mentioned Rabea, you may also appreciate Toska's music. If you were not watching a video of them, you would not think this is just 3 guys in a room: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tp9_Iu6f4lE.html ;) Anyway, best wishes to you from a random Jinjer & Toska fan in Scotland! :)
@@j.f.fisher5318 I stayed & worked in Bayern for the best part of a year once. Interesting accent & dialect "on the street" outside of work btw. But that was *many* years ago.... let's just say the Euro didn't exist yet! :) btw, what did *you* think of Rabea's vid looking at Pisces?
Thank you so much for your comment and the info! I did not expect to get such a huge feedback on this so fast....Im kind of overwhelmed! Ill check out those links, hehe. Best wishes to you too!
@@maltedrums There is a core of Jinjer fans who seek out reaction vids. They are a lovely bunch of humans, & they will post info, suggestions, & encouragement. I think real fans of Jinjer appreciate them for treating the fans as extended *family* - Considering they are from war-torn Donbass in eastern Ukraine (apart from Vlad the drummer who is from Kyiv), & effectively have been in exile for years, only able to visit family back home once a year. If you watch the official music video for "Retrospection", you'll see footage of them spending the past few years doing 150+ shows a year, sharing birthday celebrations on the road with crowds at gigs etc. It's a moving vid (as well as a thumping monster of a song!) ;)
There are a lot of great songs from them to react to. My favorites are "Retrospection" and "just another" both in their official music video version. Great reaction have fun on your jinjer journey
Great reaction. Love n respect from Iran. Please do more Jinjer reactions before the "Nightwish army" find you and bombard you with requests! (which will eventually happen) lol I recommend reacting to Opeth, Riverside, Dream Theater, Ayreon, Sons of Apollo Gojira, and Soen as well (if you're a man of taste!) Btw, just subbed to see which way you go with your reactions.
Yep, i'ts her voice (only a little reverb and a second voice supporting in upper octave, prerecordered by herself, while make growl voice in some parts). Another female singers with the same talent: Alissa White-Glutz (Arch Enemy), Vicky Psarakis (The Agonist).
Great start! This has been a big day for you. As others have said, there's a whole Jinjer reaction community here on RU-vid, and we flock to whoever starts doing their videos. The drummer Vlad wanted to try a Jazz style drumming for this song, different from how the previous drummer did it, so the video was mostly for him and his new version of this song. "Who's Gonne Be The One" and "Perennial Live at Wacken 2019" are other great Jinjer performances, both in front of live audiences. Please continue! Tschüss!
OK, I'm in. If you are starting a reaction channel, there a few "must do" videos. Trust me: *Nightwish - Ghost Love Score (Live at Wacken 2013)* *Dragonforce - Through the Fire and Flames* *Shaman - Fairy Tale (Live version)* *Gloryhammer - Gloryhammer* If you want another Jinjer suggestion, either Perennial (live) or Punishment & Judgement (one take vocal).
You might want to check out a live version of "Pit of Consciousness" or the one take video of "Judgement and Punishment". After those, the live version of "Who is gonna be the One?" and the recent official video "Home Back".
Danke! We have much more for you with Jinjer. Also a few other bands guaranteed to give you a good start. BTW, "Pie-sees" ;o) JINJER - Perennial (Live at Wacken Open Air 2019) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bxi3i9wzQBk.html
Yo you just entered a rabbit hole of reactions for your future. You’re gonna love this. I’ve found my favorite music through this platform of fans requesting songs. It’s a dope way to interact. Hope you keep doing these reactions. New sub. The comments already now what I’d request🤘😝🤘
Ja moin... Welcome to the jinjer World.. 😅 🇺🇦 😎 Unglaublich viele Songs vor dir!! Nich die oldscool Songs vergessen.... Sisscors.. Exposed as a liar.. Until the end.. Usw usw... Grüße aus buxtehude 😎
Your first reaction video... and you started at the very top. Good call! If you would like to hear Tatiana go much lower, try "Home Back" official video, or "Who is gonna be the one" live official video. Both feature Vlad on drums, so that's a bonus. Vlad isn't on Jinjer's older stuff but their previous drummers were also strong. Liked and subscribed! Greetings from [a totally locked down] England.
my hobby: watching reactions to Jinjer Pisces. and yet, no one has reacted to the words of the song. especially at the end, where the emeralds are ripped away. AKA the skinning or descaling of the fish.
You that's really deep Us just wait you haven't seen anything yet.😂😂😂😂 . Vlad's drums are amazing. Roman's guitar is amazing Eugene's bass is amazing and Tatiana's range is amazing as well. The jinjer rabbit hole it's epic not a bad song yet. Peace from Stan the Alaskan.
Great reaction, thank you. My suggestion would be Falling in Reverse( the drug in me is reimagined OR popular monster), or eskimo callboys (hypa hypa OR we got the moves OR pump it).
Welcome to the Cult of the Jinjer Rabbithole...you cant go wrong with ANY Jinjer, but my personal favorite is "Teacher Teacher" official video...enjoy the exploration and prepare to have your mind blown...Oh and just for info Lyrics are nearly as important as music with this Group...Tati and Eugene are artists and Poets.
If you wanna see some other good live performances from jinjer you should check out "Who is Gonna be the One" or the one take "Judgement and Punishment" videos.
Nah, that’s not low. Check out their new video Home Back for the real deal. Who’s Gonna Be the One and Pit of Consciousness (Kiev) are sets that prove she can do it live too.
I'd like to see more reactions from a percussionist's perspective, and you seem to be knowledgeable. Tatiana's voice is fantastic, but let's leave that to the vocal coaches 😀 Do more drum stuff! Jinjer is not a bad place to start, as he is phenomenal. Then you might venture into a capella beatboxers eventually, who knows? 🤷♂️ I'm subscribing in the hope you do more of this, don't follow all other reactors, just do You.
Teacher teacher live official is also amazing, the drummer and well the whole band is so darn good, but so far not heard a single bad song from this band.
Urgrossvater hier.71. lebe seit 20 Jahren in Louisianna. ( Musiker) Bin in meinem Geschmack niemals stehengeblieben. Bernd
Hi there! You did an excellent job luv...keep it coming! Good health to you and all of your loved ones : ) Btw as a Drummer, please check out TOOL, ' Pneuma' the Live version showing Danny Carey on the drums. Fellow artists in the industry have dubbed him 'The Octopus' lol. After the death of Neil Peart of 'Rush', a lot of people consider him the top in the industry. Cheers
Wenn Du Bock drauf hast da ganz tief rein zu tauchen, dann hier schon mal ein paar Vorschläge: Teacher Teacher (Official oder Live in Melbourne, beides ist super) Perennial (Live @ Wacken 2019) Judgement (& Punishment) One Take Vocal Performance I speak Astronomy (Official) Who is gonna be the one (Live) Pit of Conciousness (Live in Kiev) Retrospection (Official oder Live in Melbourne, beides super) Sit Stay Roll Over (Official oder Live in Melbourne, beides super) Ape The Prophecy Home Back (das neue official Video ist episch !)
New band recommendation: The Warning, a 3 Sister rock band from Monterrey, Mexico. Below is the video information. "August 15th! We're proud to be a part of (DE)TOUR Virtual Music Festival🤘Presented by Morrison Hotel Gallery and Rolling Live Studios & benefitting NIVA and MusiCares," Dull Knives from The Warning Cave for De(Tour). ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--VUCzqDyOdI.html After this performance Lzzy "Halestorm" Hale connected with the girls on Facebook and said she wants to tour with them. The girls have opened for Def Leppard (3x), Aerosmith, Alice Cooper and have played numerous music festivals including Heaven and Hell and Viva Latino in Mexico and Rock al Parque in Colombia. They are signed with Jason Flom at Republic/Lava Records. They have 3 full albums and one EP. They have opened for Def Leppard, Alice Cooper, Aerosmith. They have sold out The Whiskey a Go-Go in Hollywood, and the Mercury Lounge in NYC, also played The House of Blues. The Warning are: Alejandra Villarreal 15, bass; Paulina V. 18, drums; Daniela V. guitar, 20. Alejandra is sponsored by Spector bass guitar co. and Orange Amps. Paulina is sponsored by Sabian. Daniela is sponsored by Rick Toone (plays the spearfish guitar) and Orange Amps. Paulina judged the 2018 Hit Like a Girl international drum competition. The girls spent 3 months this fall recording their 3rd full album, to be released this year. Alejandra, 15, did a photo shoot for Spector featuring her signature bass called "Golden Thunder," a gold and black 5 string bass, and her new custom bass she collaborated with Spector last year. Both instruments were delivered to her while they were recoding in New Jersey. David Ellefson, bass player for Megadeath, follows them on Instagram and left them a message while they were recording their album. He was one of their music instructors when they attended the 5 week summer session at the Berklee College of Music in Bostson, MA. Interesting fact: the age requirement for the summer program is 15 and above. At the time Alejandra and Paulina were 10 and 13, but were admitted to the program. Daniela was 15.
Hi Malte, I fully support this suggestion - The Warning is an awesome band! Maybe as a drummer you should start with young Paulina doing a cover of Kelly Clarkson's "My Life Would Suck", Cobus version (you know Cobus, right?). That should be something to get you interested in The Warning: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-MUAhV8K-v3A.html
Gutes Video! Aber ehrliche gesagt, kann ich weder singen noch growlen, so what do I know 😅
